They are super easy to work with and as fellow surfers they know what we are looking for and always offer great advice. Looking forward to them helping us plan our trips for another 15 years. I have booked five Surf trips through this agency, Maldives, Samoa, Fiji, Nicaragua, and Panama. All the resorts have been amazing with great surf guides. Food has always been good. My Samoa trip was canceled due to 9/11 and I received a refund with no issues. If you have ever gone on a trip and spent to much time searching for waves Waterways will eliminate this problem.

I posted a negative review of one of this company's resorts online based on a negative experience there. Their representative then emailed me and said that my review wasn't valid and asked that I remove it. I checked that the review didn't contain any false information and/or was based on opinion and an actual interaction with the business, so I refused to remove it. Then Waterways/Namotu continued to dispute the validity of the review via email and replies to the review. If they had approached the situation differently and simply apologized for the way I was treated at the resort instead of challenging me about the review and the facts, I would have deleted it even though it was a valid review.

We had a problem with our interaction at one of this company’s resorts in Fiji and this company has been trying to help coerce and/or demand that we remove our honest review. They also lied to our hotel and caused us a lot of problems with our own resort, who they should never have contacted
