Zoe curated the most incredible wedding day experience we could ever want. My husband and I got married in our yard with 75 guests. The space is not huge but somehow she made it happen seamlessly. Her attention to detail was accompanied with love. Many of our guests still rave about Zoe's presence and professionalism that day. We are so grateful to have found Zoe and would recommend her without hesitation for any type of event.

My wife and I found out about Zoe through a neighbor recommendation. We had a small wedding in October in Marin. We engaged Zoe's services as a day-of coordinator and now realize there is no way we could have done this without her. Everything turned out so wonderful! She met with us a few times prior to our date to go over all the plans, vendors, schedules and some of our priorities and vision. She really helped transform our small venue into the picture perfect wedding we had imagined. She took care of everything! Zoe also helped us think of things that we would have not considered if it wasn't for her which made our day so much better. If you are on the fence about needing Zoe as your wedding day coordinator, just do it! You will not regret it.

Zoe helped us with pre-planning the wedding (logistics, organizing, putting us in touch with vendors), and then did the day of orchestration, and I couldn't recommend her enough! She not only helped ensure that we were thinking of all the parts (and helped us fill in those gaps), but she was so crucial the week leading up and day of. She was in contact with all our vendors and just took care of everything the day of, so we didn't have to worry anything. It was so nice to have her there doing all the logistics and running the show. She is incredibly kind, supportive, detail oriented, helpful and gets things done! We would highly recommend Zoe for any level of wedding planning you are looking for!

We got engaged early in 2020, and we found Zoe when looking for a wedding planner in San Francisco.

From the very beginning, Zoe was professional, organized, and a pleasure to work with. She took the time to get to know us and understand our vision for our big day, and she helped us to bring that vision to life.

Then the pandemic hit, and we decided to postpone our wedding, due to all of the uncertainties with the safety of the event, and availability of guests and vendors.
She made it very clear she would be there for us when we decided we were ready.

So two years later, in 2022, we decided it was the time, and helped us, again, to bring our vision to life, making sure all of the small details were taken care of.

We highly recommend Zoe as a wedding planner. She is reliable, professional, and truly cares about her clients, we could really feel that she is passionate about this.

My partner and I had a meeting with Lida and decided we loved the vibe and we wanted them to do our wedding. When we hung up from the zoom meeting, Lida told us they weren't going to book our day with anyone else, they'd send the proposals and we could decide on which package we wanted. 2 days later we received the proposals. I wrote back with a couple of clarifying questions over the weekend. (long holiday weekend). We received another email instead of answering my questions, they told me they booked the date for someone else and wished us good luck! What the heck? I don't know if they just needed more money and took a bigger job but if they didn't want to help us, why recommend packages and send us a proposal just to dump us? I replied to their "break up" email and said it was disappointing as we were waiting on THEM to answer OUR questions. (it's not like we took to long or something) They never replied. This is bad business and it makes me sad that they'd leave two very excited brides hanging.

Zoe is the best of the best! My, now, wife and I found Zoe by chance and we feel so lucky. Zoe was our part-time wedding planner. She met with us multiple times before our wedding and was flexible during all the shifts we had to make because of covid. As the date got closer, she guided us to make wonderful design choices and helped create a beautiful event which is what we wanted. For example, Zoe tirelessly researched our event space and helped us choose darker tablecloths which added glamour to our event and she also added small details around the venue to make our event beautiful such as tea lights on the stairs. She also was so professional and easy to work with at our rehearsal dinner and actual wedding day compared to other vendors. Zoe definitely went above and beyond for us and our event. Zoe recently coordinated our small wedding with exceptional grace. She was clear and timely in communication (including the invaluable work of laying out the floor plan and day of timeline), and she helped us understand and articulate what we wanted from day. When we hadn’t considered something, Zoe was thoughtful in her suggestions and would often email along more possibilities later.

On the day itself Zoe was everywhere, making sure of key details, checking in with our loved ones, and keeping the sparklers at the end from setting anything on fire. Not only was Zoe entirely professional, she made every aspect of our event that she touched better.
