The 1st room the bath tub was nasty and plugged up full of hair but the 2nd room they gave me was clean no problems but the 1st room shouldn't never been given to me. I paid a lot for this room and I had to pay for breakfast and the Hilton is cheaper and they give u free breakfast. I won't ever stay here again. I couldn't sleep people were very load next door and in the hallway.

I was able to get the king suite for a night, and it was so spacious and accommodating. The rooms were clean , and the staff was attentive. My only real complaint was that they charged $12 for parking. It's Palmdale, not DTLA. Other than that, I had a very good stay here and would definitely recommend it. They don't have a pool on site, but we were able to use the pool at the adjacent hotel.

Positive: The staff was just amazing and so helpful! Hotel employee at the front desk was able to get me a additional night last minute! The supervisor was so awesome and kind ! Definitely would stay here again! Negative: Would be nice to get a free breakfast and I don?t believe this location had a pool area.

This is my new, go-to hotel when traveling to the Antelope Valley.

The desk staff are exceptionally helpful and courteous; mentioning Annette and Jason in particular.

The rates are very competitive. The breakfast (may or may not be included, depending on what rate you pay and how you booked) is made to order, is fresh and a quality level higher than you would expect.

The rooms look newer, for a Marriott property, and the beds are very comfortable- I slept great.

During my stay the weather was in the low 100’s yet my room stayed comfortably cool.

They have the BEST fitness center I’ve experienced in hotels (see photos).

The sister hotel property is right across from the parking lot and guest of Courtyard can use the pool at the other hotel.

Parking is $12 per night as of the date of this post

There was construction going on in my apartment complex and I needed a quiet place for a couple of days to prepare my classes for the new semester. So I reserved a room at the Courtyard by Marriott in Palmdale for two days. When I made my reservations, there was no mention that the Hotel would be replacing their roofing. When I checked in there was no mention that the roofing was going to be replaced. But at 7am the morning after check-in, the construction noise and inconvenience began. It was so intolerable that I drove to campus to do my work. When I returned to my room there was a note under my door informing me about the roofing replacement that, by that time, was obvious to everyone. Shortly after arriving back at my room the front desk called and asked me to move my vehicle because the workers were throwing debris off of the roof and my car was in there way despite the fact that the area I parked in wasn't roped of with caution tape. Early the next morning the noise began again so I checked out. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, this is unacceptable.

First, I received an email from the Operations Manager for the Courtyard Marriott/LAX. I highly recommend, if there is an Operations Manager for this location in Palmdale, CA, it would also be a great idea to send an email to the valued guest to leave direct feedback.

Secondly, since I did not receive an email, I’ll use this platform to leave my feedback. Specifically for two of the staff members at the Palmdale, CA location, Robyn and Annette.
Robyn made my business check-in seamless and very accommodating. Annette who has great listening skills, overheard a concern I had and when I called about it, she took care of it with no problem. In addition to, taking care of my check-out. Both ladies are extremely professional and have great personalities, thus making this business trip more enjoyable. This is one of the reasons, I choose to stay at this hotel versus some of the others ones when I’m on business travel in this area. Thank you for the great hospitality!

This hotel is one of the best in Palmdale the front desk is always so kind and willing to help, the breakfast at the bistro is always good and the rooms are always clean.
