Great Best Western, excellent service, and our room was A+ as we were even offered a balcony! Breakfast was delicious, with a lady attendant making waffles and pancakes. This was a great find and the price was unbeatable. Teh staff was particularly helpful and gracious.

3 different receptionists I met were very nice and answered every question I had. The person who was managing breakfast was very helpful and made sure we had anything we could need. Booked 2 rooms and both Rooms were very clean. I was provided toothpaste and toothbrush since I had forgotten to bring my own. Very positive experience.

When we were looking for available motels in the Bay area I fully expected a 2.5 experience. Instead it was a 5. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and pillows were good quality. Room was quiet in spite of being near freeway ( the hotel is conveniently located for easy access) We had a good night's sleep! The hot breakfast was exceptionally great. Maria V has worked the breakfast room for 18 years. Her sunny personality and professionalism made this an above and beyond delicious breakfast.experience. She made waffles to order, she opened swimming pool gate for us when she saw that we had our hands full. She came back later and served us extra orange juice. She made sure all food items were stocked and the bacon, eggs and sausage were hot. She is a true gem and I hope the Best Western recognizes her contribution to an excellent guest experience. This was an exceptional value. I made this BW location one of my "favorites." Will definitely book again when in the area.

I've been staying here for 10+ years...still great for the price. My recent stay was this past Sunday night for only $73, including taxes!

PROS:
-Clean, modern, decent sized room(consider the price!)
-Big LCD TV, Microwave, Fridge, Coffee maker.
-Complimentary breakfast still includes, waffles, eggs and bacon
-Great price!
-Friendly staff

CONS:
-No cons for me...but if you're a yuppy or trust fund baby you'll probably want to stay at the nearby Sheraton or Marriot, and pay 2-4X more.

Basic Best Western Motel. Clean, simplely appointed rooms. We'll maintained, Outdoor hallways. Very convenient to US 101. The Cafe next door was great.

Very small, claustrophobic rooms and we had an active ant infestation issue in our bathroom. We also didn't want to use the pool because it looked dirty and was not heated. It seemed like the pool filters weren't working or weren't on and we didn't feel safe swimming there.

This was one of the worst Best Western experiences we've ever had and don't feel great about having to pay top dollar for it.

Jennifer at front desk is Fabulous!! Room service staff are Awesome! We stay here often. Pool is Great and breakfast is Good. Clean, Safe, and restaurant next door is Fabulous. 5 stars

Room was clean, and staff was lovely. ||However, the room had a very strong "air freshener" odor that was not pleasant - kind of cloyingly gross. We had to run the fan to try and reduce the effect. It helped somewhat, but mostly helped to drown out the street noise nearby.||Also, I'm a short-statured senior citizen and the mattress was really high above the floor. I tried to use my soft-sided suitcase as a step to get in and out of the bed. Not really successful (I wished I'd had a hard-sided case, might have worked better). With multiple trips to the bathroom during the night, I didn't get much sleep. ||I won't stay at this location again.
