I coordinated and planned a wedding in about 3-4 months time (which is a bit last minute) for a lovely couple who wanted a very specific anniversary date. We had a very easy time booking an appointment at the show room, selecting everything we needed to rent for the private property venue (tent, tables, linens, dance floor, stage, heating, etc), and even though we did get other quotes, they were still the better price. Delivery and pick up was easy, and they did an onsite ahead of the event to ensure everything went smoothly. Everyone was extremely easy to work with. Would recommend and happily work with again!

As the renter of fine luxury restrooms to weddings and other events I work at the same venue as many different rental agencies. From what my customers tell me and what I've observed they are really good and their workers are very nice and polite. Several times I've needed to get by their trucks and they'll drop what they're doing and move it out of the way for me (thanks guys). The workers are always very clean and so is their trucks and equipment. They're among the most popular event equipment rental agencies around and there's probably a good reason for that. They even have several show rooms which is great so you can see what your going to get. I highly recommend stopping in even if it's just to get some ideas because they have a lot of cool setups at their showroom.

Encore rentals helped me organize all of the rental items needed for a large birthday party hosting almost 100 people. It was a large order to say the least and Encore did a spectacular and flawless job of not only putting everything together for us, but also...there was not one missing piece of the delivery items. Dawnyel, not only knows every inch of Encore's inventory, but she has terrific recommendations and solutions, and she is quick, efficient, and very helpful!
We had to modify our order multiple times due to some cancellations and Dawnyel was always available to help us at a moments notice. I researched and met with two other rental companies and almost went with one of them.

Encore has a great team from the phone/reception staff to the warehouse workers. Everything was ready to go, easing the stress of event planning. The warehouse staffer was not only efficient and quick, she was friendly!

This was the first time I ordered glassware, which was sparkling clean and delivered in easy-to-carry racks. One glass out of 24 had a small chip. The chairs were lightweight and sturdy.

I will use them again if I have an event.

Great customer service is a dying breed. I ordered linens for my daughter’s baby shower by looking at pictures online because I live 4.5 hours away from the venue. The color I chose looked nothing like the linens I received . Needless to say, I was heartbroken because the vision my daughter and I both had was not to be. I had to buy white linens the next day at Target so we could at least have tablecloths.

When I got home that weekend, I dropped Encore an email and told them what happened and that we didn’t even use the rentals. Kayla called me personally 2 days later and asked me exactly what happened so they can make things better in the future and let me know that they would be refunding my money. I was in the service industry for 20 years and this is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Encore!
