Booked with them for my bachelorette party stay in Dillon Beach. Aside from winery days, we wanted a fun day at home in our beautiful rental and Alison set up the most beautiful picnic we could imagine!! The food was delicious and everything was set up great. We have so many pictures of this wonderful memory and it was so special. Would highly recommend and the colors do matter! I am amazed on how perfect the color theme was for our environment. Great set up for our first annual fundraiser for Les Dames Sonoma at Penngrove Park in Penngrove California.
Alison and her team did a fantastic job to make the picnic feel inviting.
Our event suffered gusts of wind which made her umbrellas take flight but other than that the whole set up was great.

Absolutely incredible experience with Alison and the Picnic Potential team! I planned a bachelorette party for 8 ladies in Sonoma Square, and thankfully called Alison to help make it a beautiful and memorable experience to everyone. All I did was mention my color preferences, food preferences, and time and general location, and they did the rest. The food, mimosa bar, flowers, décor and location set up were all perfect. My friends and I were absolutely blown away! Alison and her team helped with set up and clean up. I will definitely be calling them again! Highly recommend!

Creating a Beautiful Venue!

This is the fourth time in four years I have returned to Picnic Potential to organize an event for me (8/13/23). Alison planned a completely different format for a brunch for our 50th high school class reunion. It was absolutely beautiful and will remain memorable for me and our 60 guests. It was so classy!

Again, thank you Picnic Potential for putting on another very, very special event, and all I had to do was make a couple selections, just show up and simply enjoy the festivities.
