Easy to call grab and walking distance to George Town

Just nice for event such theatre, talks, music and screening.

Cars can park besides the building all around and need to arrive early prior event to avoid traffic.

Building is too simple. Minimal building such this one have one purpose only.

But i like the Grunge aesthetic indoor deco.

Well air conditioned space.

My suggestion to provide more seating area at lobby for waiting.
