The #1 thing that must be mentioned over and above anything else is just how genuinely they made customer service/satisfaction the priority goal.
They have all the bells and whistles,pretty much as the other handful of "like" establishments in the surrounding area but it was their insistent effort to meet every need and answer every question/concern
