I was the ONLY PERSON to be seen in their waiting room. 4 windows open with no clients at the window. Time approx. 11:10am
I asked for an advocate, who might help me send/retrieve a 2 pg. document to the Gas Co. for a medical discount. The documents are in my Mobile phone. The person I speak with says "advocate"?!! Then turns to a coworker and says " Do we have advocates? That coworker listens a bit to what I'm trying to do and says " No we have no advocates. Why are they there? Useless. Big old building empty of clients. Employees just waiting for payday.
I gather my belongings and leave. I will need to figure out how to help myself

New building, but window representative offered one available option for elderly abuse after conferring with 2 lead supervisors. Horrible..waste of fiscal budget salaries..non productively getting paid with zero productivity. Oh well.

I come in and get out as quickly as possible. Sometimes, that takes what seems like forever, because of the bureaucracy involved to get services in order.

ALL THESE GOV.BLDS ARE NOT ONE BIT OF HELP . I THINK THEY JUST GO TO COLLECT THEIR PAY AND PUSH ANY INQUIRIES TO THE NEXT BLD. NONE OF THEM DO WHAT IT SAYS THEY DO I KNOW THAT MUCH
