Caitlin is the dream wedding planner. Our day was absolutely perfect, with everything going as we had hoped and envisioned for. Caitlin is an extremely good communicator, thorough, detail oriented, resourceful (she’s magic), and really took the time to understand our vision. We planned our wedding from across the world (NZ), with only seeing our venue and meeting our vendors on video call; and we couldn’t have done it without Caitlin!

As a bride, I had a clear vision of how I wanted the day to feel; but didn’t have all the tiny details like my napkin color or menu stationery picked out. Caitlin has such an eye for design that she helped make those choices and made sure it flowed seamlessly with the rest of the design choices. She also had some amazing industry relationships that really helped us land on some amazing suppliers and vendors.

Caitlin is personable, so thoughtful, and instantly felt like a good friend. She goes above and beyond, and working with her and our incredible vendor team is one of the highlights of our wedding. We just had the best day from start to finish.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Caitlin. From perfectly executing a tricky at-home wedding to bringing my unclear wedding vision and dream design to life. Caitlin went above and beyond on every step - on both design and logistics. Caitlin was always responsive and proactive with us and all other vendors. We had so much fun working with her, and while I don’t plan on throwing another wedding, I would jump at the opportunity to work with her again 🙂
