I been riding the bus for a while, i never thought this day will come. But the bus service was bad once I sat down I requested to stop at a bus stop and the driver did not listen so I told him to please stop in my destination, but he infact did not listen so I PAID JUST TO WALK I will never go on the bus 42 ever again.

I ride this route daily to get to work and I've never had an issue with the drivers. Runs a bit off time sometimes but that's due to traffic so it's expected. Drivers are always respectful and say please and thank you.

I've been using the bus for when I set off to college. Have not had any problems until now. My only one problem with mst its is shady business with the tap to pay feature in busses. I'm not one to carry cash on me all my money I have stored it in my card. But recently I've been noticing that I'm being charged for using the bus the days I don't use the bus. Not only once but twice on the same day. I'm reaching out to mst to fix this problem because I can only imagine who else my be getting charged for no reason.
