Amanda Mitchell from Samantha Hall Events was exceptional! She was very patient and answered all of my questions during our consultation phone call and helped guide me throughout the wedding planning process. She was sweet and genuinely cared about your wedding planning experience. Throughout the planning process, she was organized and stayed true to the wedding vision. She made sure that the floral designs, linens, etc. were exactly what we discussed on our wedding design. The vendors that she recommended were impressive. Since we were planning a wedding in Southern California while living in Pennsylvania, it was important to my fiance and I that we work with someone professional, responsive and efficient - Amanda was exactly that. Amanda made sure to FaceTime us when she visited our wedding venue and walked us through the areas where we had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The day before our wedding, she offered to pick up our wedding signage, table numbers and menus to bring to our venue so that we did not have to be charged a delivery fee. She went above and beyond and my husband and I are truly grateful! Amanda and her team on the day of our wedding made sure that we were comfortable, relaxed and having fun. We highly recommend Samantha Hall Events. What I appreciated most about Amanda and her team was their genuine enthusiasm and support. They made our wedding vision into a reality and we are forever thankful.

My husband and I used Samantha Hall Events for our Wedding in March of 2022 at The Shade Hotel in Redondo Beach. To say it went smoothly is an understatement. Amanda Mitchell was our wedding planner throughout the whole process and Samantha came in day of to help as well.

We used Samantha Hall Events for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding day, doing this helped to make everything run so smoothly and keep all of our decor and schedule organized.

Once the day of the wedding came around I truly sat back with my bridesmaids, Nick sat back with his groomsmen and we relaxed while our dream wedding was brought to life by our vendors that Amanda suggested and the Samantha Hall team.

We had virtual and in person meetings as Nick and I live in Ohio. This was a destination wedding for us and most of our guests, and Amanda worked to see our vision and really helped to really bring our vision it to life! Amanda was very thorough with the planning timelines, helped us to think about fun decor that we wanted, and set us up with a great team of vendors. At the end of the day, the wedding was exactly what we envisioned in our mind.

The week prior to our wedding we were at a destination wedding in Mexico and I was feeling very stressed out about emails and last minute wedding details (a lot comes together in the week leading up to your wedding), Amanda stepped in seamlessly, helped to answer emails for us and let us take the time to enjoy our trip 5-days before our wedding!

We could not have done it without the Samantha Hall team and specifically Amanda, we highly recommend, 10/10!

We went with her middle package with covers 2 months of planning. We met her in person at the venue a few months before the wedding to go over all the logistics. She gave us a preliminary timeline and a few sheets of homework to work on prior to the wedding. Then the month of she took over the whole show.

She was super organized, proactive with the vendors, and an ultimate professional.

The day of had hiccups due to unforeseen circumstances and she fixed them. She made sure I didn’t know there was any issues until it was all settled. She even made miracles happen from diy decoration mishaps. She decorated the cake due to the timing of delivery. The whole day went splendidly solely because of her and her team. She is a magician who had all the things I need: double stick tape, bobby-pins, and at times just a hug or pep talk.

She is not only so sweet but she is super professional, prepared, a team player, a miracle worker, and an overall amazing human.
