The service is too flexible and customer friendly. Just letting them know our expectation is enough and need not worry about the properties and other items, as they would capture our taste and customise it in the way it suits us. They have a specific standard for birthday decorations and I am impressed that they will not go below the level even when the customer requests it unknowingly. Liked the way they educate the customers right from the types and colours of balloons. Divya helped us throughout the process hasslefree and the team was so vigilant and kept the time so well, that helped us to focus on the program.
