If you are looking for a cheap florist and do not care about if they are truly invested into your wedding, Hannah is your girl. I had booked Hannah to provide florals for my wedding in this upcoming august. She was cheap, and put on a front that she was interested in the wedding. I later realized she only wanted my business. She had ordered custom wood boxes for my tables, and sent me photos before hand so I could approve. Once they were delivered, she neglected to tell me that they were completely different color. White to be precise. Instead of “light wood”. She then said that even though they aren’t the same I would still have to pay for them. Doesn’t that sound like an issue for her to handle with the company she ordered from rather than the bride ? Didn’t make sense. Then when I gave a very respectful response on how I don’t think that should be my issue to deal with, as any normal bride would, she proceeded to say doesn’t seem like I’m a good fit for your needs I’ll be happy to refund you so you can find someone that is” 6 months out from my wedding you’re going to cancel because you couldn’t handle confrontation with a company that would be screwing one of your customers over? Make it make sense. The only good thing to come out of this, is knowing not to EVER choose anyone because they offer a discount. Pick who you know will be there and care on your special day. Don’t pick toasted oaks for your wedding. You’ll be very upset with the service.
