We are very happy with the decision to work with Kavita and Subham Events as our wedding planner! What stood out about Kavita was the time and effort she invested in our process— she was willing to chat with us on the phone whenever needed, and during the weeks leading up to the wedding day, sometimes multiple times per week.We appreciated the expertise she brought to our process — she answered all of our questions with a straightforward and honest answer, which we appreciated. She has also cultivated strong relationships with vendors which made our selection process smooth. On the day of the event, her and her husband, Sekhar were phenomenal coordinators — we couldn’t have asked for a smoother day! All of our guests remarked about how organized our wedding and reception went, and we were thrilled that everything ran perfectly on time. Kavita and Sekhar worked diligently to handle all of the moving parts on our wedding day, so ourselves and our families both truly felt like we could show up as guests and enjoy the day.

Kavita Garikapaty and her husband Sekhar of Subham Events made our experience of conducting our
son's wedding a very smooth and stress-free process. Kavita was very easy to work with and was
an immense help with her advice and suggesions. Starting from providing a comprehensive list of vendors that
she had worked with, a timeline of events, tasks for us to keep track of, items to collect and organize, she
guided us every step of the way. As we got closer to the wedding, we had weekly phone calls to make sure that
we were on track. Her calmness and confidence went a long way to reduce our stress levels which were inevitably
rising 🙂 Her experience with wedding planning showed in various suggestions that she gave us which helped
make the day of the wedding go smoothly.
On the day of wedding, we were able to focus on the ceremony and guests, without worrying about all the things
happening in the background. Subham Events took care of coordinating with all the vendors and made sure it was a smooth
process. If there were any glitches or issues, we were totally unaware of them!

Smt. Kavita of Subham Events organized wedding of both my daughters in Aug 2022 and Sep 2023. Smt. Kavita is very organized in every aspect of the wedding celebration. Smt. Kavita responded to all inquiries without any reminders and most of the times within a few hrs. She has lot of network work of vendors and she is a very good negotiator that benefited us significantly. Additionally, her husband, Sri. Chandrasekhar is very helpful on the day of celebration in every aspect. I strongly recommend Subham Events for your wedding planning. I wish the best to Smt. Kavita and Sri.
