?Horrible experience! The hostess was not at her station, so we didn't know if we just sat ourselves. ?I ordered a Captain's Castaway, which was WAY TO SOUR (turned my eyeballs inside out)?, so I changed it to a Long Island Iced Tea. Our waiter came back with what tasted like the same drink?.
?I had Salmon, but I have allergies, so I asked for the toppings to be put on the side. They left them off completely. The manager was able to replace my overcooked broccoli with freshly steamed broccoli and my toppings. My food is cold. We WON'T return!
The only good point is that my husband and son's chicken tenders and the quesadilla were good.

I’ve been here multiple times and really enjoy their staffs hospitality & food. Today on 11/20 around 6:30 pm my family of 6 sat down to eat. We ran into a little bit of a problem that we found out about as soon as I touched the car door handle. I immediately went back inside and asked for a manager and she was able to offer a solution for me.
I really do appreciate her hospitality to make sure I left happy ❤️ I didn’t catch her name but she had gray hair and it was pinned up !

The first impression was that this is a fast-foodish restaurant, but this place is much much more and better! Their staff is ultra nice, asking reguralry if we need something. We didn't wait long to our meals and had the best tex-mex experience so far! Their Fajita Trio was so freshly made that it was still steaming and hearably and visibly sizzling when served. The steak and chicken were so soft and not chewy and the shrimp was perfect! We could self-pay at the table with a small kiosk by card. Really good experience.

Our entrees and drinks were good, but when did they change the mozzarella sticks? They’re slabs vs. sticks. Still pretty tasty.
El Presidente margarita is recommended.
Location is adjacent to the Laguna Grande trail so a nice stroll around the lake is a good addition to a meal.

Guys, this is a good atmospheric place. Good food, good service, clean place. Much better than overpriced restaurants in tourist areas. Dry ribs - my respects. This is a SOLID 4 out of 5.

I can't say enough about our dining experience 8/6/21. Service was superb, and the food was surprisingly fantastic! We had the 2 for $25 special, and took the upgrade for the bigger steak, and it added two more sides. Kids loved the mashed potatoes and pizza, but the hit was the dessert (See photo). It made our vacation stop extra fun!

Came here for lunch and the place was very busy. Regardless, we were seated pretty quickly. Since it had been a while since any one of us had come to a Chili's, it took a while to decide what we wanted. Huge thanks to our server for his patience. The establishment was pretty clean and the service was quick. The food was delicious and their drink of the month, which was Maker's Mark-A-Rita, was surprisingly great.
