Check out is at 11am. We were out of the room at 12:00pm Manager/owner charged me an extra $10 for late checkout and when I gave him a $20 he refused to give me back my $10 in change saying I took too long to pay. Management Is EXTREMELY rude and they try to steal your money any way possible. Its our 1st & last time staying here. I RECOMMEND STAYING SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don't treat their guest right. Dont stay here!! Theres no room service available and no breakfast for the outrageous amount theyre charging.

Really rough experience all around. Front desk is not very pleasant, odor in the rooms, paper thin walls, dishonest advertising about breakfast, no confirmation email when booking, broken window coverings/screens, and faulty faucets. Lots of responses here from hotel management saying they are going to fix things but it is clear they have not done so.

The room was much bigger than I expected, plus it was bright and airy. Nice and clean. I was delighted to find a USB outlet in the room. Bed and pillow were comfortable.||Location is great. So close to Monterey. Plus, there’s wonderful food close by (Oaxacan food at La Tortuga, Filipino takeout at Filipinas Market), and both Grocery Outlet and Safeway are a stone’s throw away. Cheap gas too, at Quik Stop on N Fremont.||I was expecting a no-frills, low-end motel. This was a delightful surprise. I’ll be back!

Great location but other then that worst experience ever. First the manager on the phone the day prior told me $10 to check in early and the next day it’s now $15 cash. First red flag. Next I get to my room and it’s so ghetto and disgusting. I used a towel over their “dresser wardrobe” bc I was not putting my things down. Bathroom had no towel rack OR TOILET PAPER HOLDER and the bathroom screen had a big rip in it. Holes all over the walls and door too. Walls are super thin so good luck getting sleep with all the tweakers yelling in the middle of the night. NEVER AGAIN. For basically $250 a night bc demand was high I at least expected better, guess I was wrong. Should have saved my $500+ and drive home each night for my two nights of business. I regret staying here and wasting my money on this dump. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Surprisingly good wifi, clean, good deal during the week. Although,not too happy about paying $15 to check in about a hour early, $10 fee for late check out when I ended up extending my stay, and when I actually checked out another $10 for checking out 10min past 11. Walls are on the thinner side but not unbearable. Beds were decent. tons of stores and places to eat nearby, I do instacart so was able to get lots of orders

Over all it is what you pay for. The beds are horribly uncomfortable but good enough for a cheaper hotel for a night. Not great but not bad.

yes i understand that cheap places aren’t going to be luxury quality however, i dont recommend! When i first walked into the room i noticed the sink had disgusting things in it. i later found out there was an issue with drainage… also the shampoo, soap, and conditioner were soo bad quality, and the bed wasn’t that comfy.

Had one night stay here. Tbh, it's better than what I expected. The location is great, and the check-in is easy even at the late night. The room is clean, especially the bathroom. I'd love to stay here again next time.
