Location is excellent. Room, not so much. Smelled like old cigarette smoke. Had a mini-suite. 1 of the 2 stove top burners didn't work. Freezer in mini-fridge was plugged up with frost. Shower head was so corroded with hard water deposits it didn't work properly.
Housekeepers were excellent!
Both snack & soda vending machines were empty.

Well the reservations online were good. The front desk young lady was nice and understanding. The Manager Sam helped with what he could do considering I booked through a third party. I asked for a non smoking room, and ALL the rooms should of been non smoking from what I was told. Well in opening the door the room smelled horrible(I hate smoke) I immediately called front desk, no other rms were avail to switch me, and was offered some spray. I went to my car and got my own Lysol and Disinfecting wipes and immediately started wiping down everything(phone, door knobs, counters ect.), it was dirty housekeeping does not do a very good job! Stuff was old, outdated, stained and food or junk under things. I spoke to the manager Sam he apologized and said they are in the middle of remodeling and changing over the name as well as getting new employees. Regardless, this is a place people sleep and it's still open for business so needs to be cleaned and presentable. I asked for any type of discount since I could not get another room, and for the price it was gross. At the end of conversation I had to call the third party booking, and I got a $26 refund so 10% off. I guess better than nothing, but after the remodel not sure if I'll ever be back!

Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, decent size rooms, clean, quite and great location as far as access to food, gas and the highway. Smallest TV I've seen in a hotel room but it's totally fine. The breakfast is continental which isn't great but there is a cute restaurant connected with a $6.99 breakfast special Mon-Fri so that was nice. Wasn't able to test out the Jacuzzi but it was working which is rare. When our company works in this area again, we will all be happy to book here for another stay. Thanks!

We found this place when looking for food while fueling up. We wanted something that wasn't fast food and were pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and the menu is great with lots of options. We sat at the bar since we were in sort of a hurry. The place itself is huge inside as is the bar. Staff were friendly, food was prepped and plated nice and the portions we good for the price. We had a couple substitutions and they were happy accommodate us.

Overall it was fine, and the area felt safe. The fitted sheets weren’t tucked into the bed, and it seemed like they were the wrong size. There were also some hairs in the shower that were left from previous guest and I found a spider in a cobweb next to the bed. The room was a standard hotel room, but it seemed like cleaning was rushed.

Room was quiet since it was on opposite side of freeway. Room felt less than clean as I saw coffee stains on tray. Easy access to Pinnacles National Park. Restaurant had above average pasta dishes.

In the middle of a remodel. The room was okay. The carpet was filthy and damp with something red and sticky. It was quiet until 9am when the maintenance guy came by with a leaf blower and blew leaves and dirt from the walkway right outside our window. The tap water there is atrocious, but I hope that says more about the city of Soledad than the motel. The staff was delightful.

Rooms are clean, pool is nice. Nice gazebo over the spa. Wireless was spotty. There is a weight/workout room with decent equipment. Staff was friendly. Not the best breakfast, but clean and quiet.
