We had a wonderful 1.5 hour ride on this ranch today. Everyone is super nice and made us feel welcome! We rode through a beautiful landscape and the last time I sat on a horse was when I was 12, so I'm a total beginner. Nevertheless, I had a lot of fun and it was worth the experience! The price is super fair and they take great care to make sure you are comfortable.

We came to California to celebrate my 30th birthday, and decided to come riding at Circle B. Wow!!! Everything about the ranch was amazing from the staff, to the views, to the wonderfully trained horses (530 and Choctaw!) and our knowledgeable and entertaining guide Randy!!! He told us great jokes along the way and made sure we were safe and told us all about how he and even the horses are famous movie stars. If we are in the area again we will be sure to return!!

Circle Bar B is the perfect getaway! The staff and cowboys go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and at home. My girlfriend and I stayed for a three nights and enjoyed every moment of our visit. Each meal was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious! We made sure to take full advantage of all the amenities available, from the game room to the pool and jacuzzi area, and spent quality time in the picturesque family room of the main cabin, which features a beautiful wooden bar stocked with delightful cocktails and spirits. Last but not least, the cowboys and horses offer an experience all their own. The horseback rides are incredibly enjoyable, and the horses are a joy to be around. Whether it's for a day trip or an overnight cabin stay, Circle Bar B is simply breathtaking!

One of the best experiences of my life. It was the most gorgeous view I’ve seen in my life. The trail overlooks the ocean and it’s truly breath taking. All the cowboys were extremely friendly and full of knowledge. Horses are so well trained and beautiful as well. Randy was our guide, that man is crazy but that’s what makes him awesome. I swear he’s lived 20 lives. So many stories and facts about the trails. I highly recommend going here, price is 1000% worth every penny. I will definitely be visiting again.

First time riding horses and every part of the experience was outstanding. All the staff and wranglers are approachable, friendly and accommodating. The horses are well-trained, we rode on Chip and Running Bear. The scenic route through the valley is not easily expressed in words - you need to experience it first hand. Would recommend to anyone staying in Santa Barbara or nearby - definitely a must-do.

Well worth the drive. Very caring and knowledgeable staff. Absolutely beautiful and well taken care of horses. Our ride was at 11:30 and we didn’t go on until after 12 but it didn’t matter. You get to scale up the mountain & see so many beautiful views. Easy going ride for beginners. Pretty dusty so the mask came in handy. Also very light jacket and hat- you actually burn calories riding! I wouldn’t over dress but go for comfort. No bags or such allowed and cash only. It’s not a really tour-y feeling, there were light conversations but overall relaxing.

Went here for my 31st birthday on December 7th 2024. Annie was our guide and she was phenomenal! I highly recommend her! So glad my husband took me, and recommended us here, because it was worth it! As you can see our daughter who is 9 years old had such an amazing time too! Don’t think twice just go! ?

Friendly staff. Good mounts. Attentive to make sure you're as comfortable as possible on the ride. The ride is slow paced, but beautiful views from the canyon.
