We had the absolute pleasure of working with Eventia for our wedding, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional service they provided! From the start, Nikhil and his team stood out by a mile among the other event planners we considered.

Professionalism: They gave us well-crafted proposals, had detailed discussions about even the smallest things, and maintained frequent communication throughout the last two months leading up to the wedding.

Flexibility: Eventia worked within our wedding budget and was incredibly accommodating with the multiple last-minute changes we proposed. Their understanding and willingness to adapt was remarkable.

Teamwork: The coordination between their team and our other vendors (music band, photographers, venue team) was seamless. The collaboration within their own team was equally impressive!

We never imagined our wedding would be so memorable and colorful. Eventia truly went above and beyond to make something happen that we hadn’t even dreamed of. To this day, the feedback from family and friends is heartwarming and extremely gratifying.

We also want to acknowledge a few individuals whose names we don’t know but who made a big impact:
- The hosting team — both boys and girls — tirelessly helped arrange everyone during photoshoots and constantly checked on us, offering drinks and makeup fixes. One hosting lady even bravely removed a large insect from my wife’s gown during the sangeet! ?
- The DJ — his playlist and remixes were incredible, and he was the main reason why the Haldi and Sangeet were so energetic and fun. ?
- Anchor Zumi— she smoothly managed the event on August 16, and the games she facilitated were a hit with our relatives. We really noticed the difference on August 17, when we didn’t have a professional anchor. ?

Despite our wedding being smaller-scale compared to the large weddings Eventia handles, we were amazed at the level of care, sincerity, and attention to detail the entire team showed throughout the process.

Thanks a million to Eventia for not only making our dreams come true but for dreaming bigger than we ever could have and pulling it off with style and 100% perfection. ?❤️
