I have tried to use this service a few different times and I have not actually even ridden with them. The first day I called 3 times and was told that they were to booked. I tried to use them tonight and was told he would pick me up in about 45 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called back and he said he had to finish up the current ride and would pick me up 30 minutes. It has now been an hour and I will never call them again. With this type of customer service, I will walk before I call them again. This is the way to boost Uber and Lyft.

Booked a ride to the airport 2 days in advance with Paul for a ride to the airport. Even called to confirm the night before and was told yes I will be there at 6 am to pick you up. No showed and wouldn’t answer my phone calls or calls from the hotel.

I know gas has gone sky high but still a little pricey we found another cab cheaper and faster cheaper by 12.00 that a big difference for some and for my kid it is .
