I don’t understand how this ride company is still in business!! I scheduled daily medical appointments and made sure they understood I could NOT leave until after my children are picked up by their school bus at 8:00 a.m, So please tell me why every day they’ve been at Not only the wrong address, (which I’ve called insurance and the ride share company and reported my change of address) but at 5:30 AM every day! They have called as early as 4 a.m and as late as 8:00 p.m. totally unprofessional. I just understand why they continue to accept clients and are not able to provide a ride to and from medical appointments at the designated times assigned

We use easy day ride to take my dad to his medical appointments. He is paralyzed and can't sit for long period of time.
We always have complaints with Easy Day Ride about their pickup and drop off times. They pick up so many appointments at the same time and goes off of their own convenience. When I book the ride with partnership, I am asked what time we wish to be picked up before the appointment, I usually say around 15 mins before the appointment, but they call to inform me a night before that my pickup time is 1 hr. before the appointment time. When the appointment is booked through partnership, they ask what time we wish to be picked up and that is the time we are supposed to be picked up, but Easy day ride goes according to their own schedule. I wonder why they fill up their schedule so much that they can't keep up.
This has happened multiple times. I've even raised this concern to them but doesn't seem like it's been helping. So now when I book my dad's next appointment, I am going to specify to partnership not to book me with "Easy Day Ride".

I’ve had an appointment through this service for over a week. I called the day before my appointment to confirm. I talked to someone. They said they would call me back. They need to call somebody else first. So after two hours, I called them back they said they forgot to call me back and said it was too early in the morning to leave. The problem for me is, They should’ve let me know, or not allow the appointment to be made through them, so now it’s the day before my appointment no transportation my doctor will be upset because I am their first patient of the day I do not recommend this company, when you Already have medical issues and now you have a extra headache because of this incompetent company. It’s supposed to be customer first. I also noticed on this review page that they only reply when you say something nice they should reply to everybody That gives a review

Have been scheduled to have them pic me up for doctors appointments many times. And ever single time on the day of the appointments they can't pick me up. Saying they don't have drives in my area. Why do they wait in tell day of to say this? This time it was just over two hours from my appointment time. And know am sitting and waiting to hear back from my Health provider to try to find me a ride to my appointment. Witch bu the way is bout a 30 to 45 min drive one way

I have booked a few rides with Easy Day Rides for my girl friend who has to go to Marysville cancer center everyday, each time we were picked up on time by very friendly drivers. I give Easy Day Rides 5 stars.

Polite and courteous. Easy to make reservation at the last minute. Driver arrived at my house right on time and got me to the airport without any issues. He was friendly and offered a bottled water. The car was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Very professional service.
