We've stayed in the 2 Queen suite with sofa bed each time we travel to Six Flags. The beds are comfortable, clean and we appreciate there are plenty of USB and regular outlets to charge our devices. We also appreciate the free hot breakfast which offers the standard hotel eggs, meat(rotation of ham, sausage or bacon if you're lucky) as well as apples, bananas, toast, bagels, English muffins, or packaged danish. There is also a cereal bar, yogurt, coffee, oatmeal and chocolate. Front desk staff was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommended from this family of 5. The only improvement I would suggest if possible is if they could the mattresses in the sofa bed. Fine for lighter weight child under 12 but likely not comfortable for teen or adult.

It's nice how this hotel is very close to universal studios Hollywood. Average hotel because there were little amount of workers so we had to go downstairs to get supplies we needed. The complimentary breakfast was nice and generous. Nice place to stay if you are going to universal studios Hollywood.

This review is purely for their poor customer service and unwillingness to provide any sort of refund. They're heartless. Be sure no emergency will happen if you book at this hotel. Our cancellation was due to a medical emergency that landed me in the hospital for 7 days for an unknown brain tumor. We don't know when I can travel again, let alone if I can go to Six Flags, and regardless of my willingness to show hospital records, no one is willing to provide any amount of refund. We were offered a "complimentary" stay within a year (except it's not complimentary when they kept the full amount of money for our canceled stay).

Reasonable price for a hotel. Their hot breakfast consists of make your own waffles, scrambled eggs and depending on the day either sausage patties or luncheon ham slices. A choice of a few bread items some cold cereals and juices finish it off.

Best stay for over a month. The entire staff from the front desk, maids, janitors, and breakfast helpers were extremely friendly. I really didn't want to leave. Never had any issues with anyone, and the staff always made me feel welcome. I already miss everyone there.

I checked in on 9/8/24 in room 124. The front desk gentleman was extremely helpful and expedient on getting me checked in!! The room smelled clean and was clean!! Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed the pool. Best comfort inn I've been to in America so far and I've been to many.

Terrible. The room just smell like cigarettes. We didn’t even stay a night because of that. We had 2 kids with us and were trying to get refund but the manager didn’t give us any refund.
There was a hair on the bed . The toilet got stuck. This was definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Room and linen was very clean. Front desk was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Had choices of cereal, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, pastries, yogurt, and juice oh and can’t forget the coffee.
