I wish I could get a Zero star to this Besharati!!!my mom wanted to go to Iran, and she was looking for two, one-way ticket, and the point was that she wanted to take her dog into the cabin with her because her dog has severe anxiety.First of all, this man(Farhad Besharati), was rude to my 60-year-old mother. He asked my mom to zelle the price for ticket to his bank account instead of using my mom’s credit card, the second ticket for her dog doesn’t have luggage but he charged us the same price like the regular ticket!! and when we arrived at the airport to drop off my mom, Turkish Airlines said they didn’t see any request for our dog on the ticket.he charged us $2570 for two, one way ticket and it’s unbelievable! Avoid this person, and I'm warning you that he will deceive you badly.DO NOT TRUST HIM.

ATT Vacation has been my go to travel agency for the past 18 years or longer. Farhad and his superb team members are very professional, caring and patient with all of your travel needs and treat you as if you are one of their own family members. They have made my travel arrangements super easy specially traveling with my grandmother who suffers from Dementia and Alzheimer's. I want to thank Farhad Besharati and his team for making my life and travel needs much easier and stress free. I recommend ATT Vacation whole-heartedly.

I wish I can give zero STAR to this business. Don't trust this travel Agency. They are not responsible for anything you pay them. You pay them get ticket and you going to your trip but they don't care for return you back to your country. They lied to you for retuning date and flight.
ALL SCAM AND VERY VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THIS NAME AND BUSINESS.

We bought a pre paid tour of world cup to Brazil from this company in June 2014. It was the worst trip of my life. He gave us fake tickets to the game. Could not even get into the stadium. Travel ATT representative in Brazil told us the funds have not arrived from Mr. Besharati, the owner, and made us pay again for the taxi transportation and breakfast, and airline within brazil, etc. This was a very expensive pre paid package and we should not have paid a penny extra once we got to Brazil. We had bought a package for 4-5 star hotels. We ended up staying in a motel room with no hot water for shower. He never showed up himself and ignored all our calls and complaints from Brazil. Doesn't even deserve one star.

make sure that you check online before going to his office. He will charge you more than online, and when you question him about the price he will be very nasty and call you names.

He is a fake person. doesn't even worth the one star.

Facts:
- We used this agency on Feb 4, 2020 to book two flights overseas
- Flight was canceled by the airline do to Pandemic
- We called the agency and explained the situation to him
- He said it wasn’t issue and our money will be refunded back to our credit card within 30 days
- it’s January 2021 and we still haven’t received our refund
- and now he says he can’t help us and we need to call the airline to figure out what’s going on as he has nothing to do with it and can’t help
