Great stay overall!! We love coming here. This hotel is clean and well managed. We asked for extra blankets during check-in and they brought them within minutes to the door. Breakfast is delicious and they have options for kids. Love the tiny milk cartons, so fun for kids to drink out of those! Our room was very comfortable and quiet. I recommend this hotel and location. Very family friendly!

Clean room, nice staff, newer and modern facilities. Large exercise room. Better than average free breakfast. Coffee is surprisingly good for hotel free coffee. The only I don’t like is it’s too close to high way. Try to get a room facing away from the highway. It makes a big difference.

Not sure why there’s bad reviews on here. I’ve stayed here 3 times so far and it’s great. Staff is always friendly, and rooms are clean. I haven’t had a bad experience here. It’s true about the noise but what do you expect when you’re right next to a major freeway.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel while our water was being repaired at home. Let me start off by saying this hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The room was very spacious and the staff were all so helpful and accommodating. That being said the only minor issue was with housekeeping. They were supposed to clean every other day but there was obviously some confusion because we only ended up having our room cleaned one of the days we stayed.. the front desk staff was very apologetic about it so I won't knock a star for something that minor. But in the future please make sure guests rooms are being cleaned more regularly. Overall I was very happy with our stay and will definitely be booking with them in the future! Thanks for the awesome stay!

★☆☆☆☆ Worst Experience Ever

I recently stayed at Residence Inn Valencia with my son, who is leaving for the Marines, hoping to have a special time together before he takes off for basic training. Unfortunately, our stay was far from pleasant. After a long drive from Phoenix to Valencia, CA, we were assigned room 262. While checking in was a breeze and the room location was a great upgrade, the issues began shortly after.

First, the shower was not hot, which was a significant inconvenience. The sheets didn’t fit the pull-out bed, and the TV didn’t work at all. A front desk staff member came up to assist but couldn’t resolve the issues before his shift ended. The next staff member working overnight was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He told us there was nothing he could do, the hotel was sold out, and suggested I find another hotel without offering any assistance to check the sister properties. He said I would receive 7,000 points for the inconvenience, which I never received.

My son was unhappy, and so was I. This was the worst experience ever, incredibly stressful, and I will never stay at this location again, in this lifetime or the next. Avoid this place if you value your peace of mind.

Very nice staff that accommodate almost every request. House keeping is reliable and the rooms are clean. Close to major attractions in the Los Angeles area. Full breakfast in the morning. Ample parking and a few restaurants are within walking distance.

Very updated hotel. The outdoor pool is lovely. The king suites are fully stocked and pleasantly arranged. However, lower star rating due to service, parking, and issues. The first floor smelled great, all others smelled extremely musty and gross. The breakfast staff was rude and the front desk staff was quite incompetent, definitely when it came to concerns or issues. Our rooms ac unit was broken so we switched rooms, second rooms ac unit was also broken (was informed it was due to the recent heat wave in the area and most rooms didn't have a working ac). We ended up sleeping in an 84 degree room, it was horrendous. Thankfully the second night, they were able to get it fixed. Lastly, the parking is shared with 2 other hotels which makes it Uber limited.

Not a bad hotel. Beds were comfortable. Free breakfast was great. Service was solid. Our room needed some maintenance. A few examples was a loose toilet seat. A wobbly tv stand. No fan in bathroom that has caused a the drywall to be peeling and cracking. The mirror in the bathroom was misaligned. Overall I would stay again would be 5⭐️if there was a little more attention to detail inside the room. Great location right across from Magic Mountain. some underground parking which was nice as it was about 105 degrees when we stayed.
