It was heartbreaking today. The customer in front of me couldn’t afford his groceries so the customer in back offered to pay but the cashier treated him unkindly stating that the customer was being rude to him. Which was not true at all. Poor guy left without the groceries because of the cashier. I myself paid with three different cards. Kind acts should be encouraged not discouraged. Cashier was Jayce .

My wife and I stopped by this Ralph when we were waiting to be seated at a restrauant in the same plaza. This Ralph is nicely decorated inside I like their deli and bakery area. Their meat and seafood area is not as big as other Ralph's store but it works for them. I was interested in seeing what soda they have here because every store carries different flavor. I was able to find the cherry coke which the Ralph's store near my house is always sold out or they don't have it. This store also have some nice flowers selection in the front when you walk in so you can see them first. I also like that this store has a lot of self checkout because it speed the process. The parking here is amazing because it's in a big lot and with a lot of other stores closed down, it's a very quiet plaza. I would come back to this Ralph's location again if I was in the area.

Used self-checkout as there were no cashier lines open. An employee approached me and asked me to show my receipt after making my purchase because “he didn’t see anything getting rung up” while I was bagging the items that I just paid for.

We love this Ralph’s, it’s always clean and well-stocked. The employees are all friendly and welcoming, especially Vicky, she’s always so nice and says hi and remembers us. Only store I’ll buy groceries from because of people like her.

I shop at other Ralph’s and they close the door at 1am and this one always 15mins before closing time they lock the door, should advertise close at 12:45 and not 1 it’s false advertisement, I need baby formula and now I can’t drive fast enough to the other Ralph who always let me in 10 to 15mins before close.

I usually don't shop at Ralph's. It's a little expensive but I went today and I forgot to put in my number to get my discount for my items i had alot i bought. The guy wouldn't do it cause he said he would have to refund all my stuff and do it again because I paid for it already. I felt rushed

Great shopping everything I needed I found. Their shelves with all the products were well stocked. The fresh fruit & veggie isles never disappoint.
