Meh. The room was spacious. Bring your own toiletries and charging wall plugs. I’ve been happier at a Hilton garden inn. The amenities close at 10pm even on the weekend, so best if you are older and enjoy going to sleep early. The reataurant serves a $20 breakfast or a $25 buffet if you’re into that kinda thing.

Easy check in through the Hyatt app. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Beds are clean and comfy. property is well maintained. Perfect family getaway location central to many amenities including restaurants, movies, department stores, amusement park, and much more!

The locations was peaceful. Housekeeping staff were great the lobby seating area was welcoming and appropriate. Parking was fair retail snack area was a totally sufficient. Outside fireplace was inviting as well as pool areas. However, the small gym could benefit from an upgrade.

I didn’t have a very pleasant experience here. The first room I tried checking in to hadn’t been cleaned, and still had trash and laundry from the previous guest. Despite this, the staff member at the front desk was able to help check me into a new room and was generally helpful. The room service meal I ordered was not very good, and the internet/wifi connection is well below the quality of other hotels in the area. Location is nice but I would generally look for other options around town.

Positive: Super clean, pet friendly, extremely helpful staff. Negative: Nickel and dime you to death. Didn?t expect free breakfast, but free coffee in the lobby in the AM would have made me so happy. They have it up until like 6:30 AM but then you have to pay. Would have also liked an in-room microwave.

Service and staff are excellent. Food and morning buffet were excellent. However this property lacks basic maintenance. Filter at the ice machine is leaking and moldy. People use this stuff for their drinks! Asked for ice at the bar and there's similar black materials my son noticed after he used it in a white cup. I'm guessing they're not replacing their filters regularly. Also the sink and tub in bathroom in the room have constant drips. The insult really though is the charging station in the garage: a 120 volt outlet. Not sure who they partnered with but they couldn't install a basic 220? I understand it's free but I'd pay for any basic supercharging station instead of having to drive a mile out. Don't think I'll be back here until things change!

Overall rude staff and zero cell phone service. TV reception was in and out. Rented 3 rooms from them.||Meme at desk and older bartender woman with long blonde gray hair were nice and courteous- fire everybody else including mnmnt - they were rude and could care less to greet or service anyone.

Nice place to stay. Many many resturants to choose from,like fast food or mid range restaurants or very nice places , there are also abundant shopping choices, such as westfield mall as well as Nordstrom rack also target and home goods , many many choices, and a movie theater all within a short walking distance...and magic mountain is a mile or so away.. ?
