Big Lake Boat Rentals was awesome! They were great communicators and very accommodating and patient when our crazy bachelorette party showed up. The pontoon boat we had originally rented had a dinged propeller from a previous renter, so they upgraded us to the newer/nicer boat for free! The pontoon and 2 jet skis we rented all worked perfectly and were in great condition. Thanks so much!!

Every thing was quick in and out, when it came to getting the machine and dropping it off. I rented the spark "PJ" and it drove good. I was almost disappointed when I saw how small the spark was and I asked to switch machines but the others were booked so I kept the spark. BUT it was perfect! easy to maneuver and even though it was small it had a kick to it. Probably won't be the last time blbr sees me.

Great day on the lake renting their pontoon party boat. Tons of fun,no major complaints, just a couple things I could see done a little bit better but overall would rent again and had a blast.
