One star is seriously generous, the agents they have working are not very friendly nor are they helpful as one would hope for, honestly where are the days of manners, kindness, going above and beyond for your customers? The "team" they had consisted of 1 agent who was doing multiple jobs, when finally had the time was a bit pushy and irritated with what she was doing, check ins, bag location, answering the phone that constantly rang, id explanations, lost bag claims...it went on I'm sure you understand by now my review of just a star. Hopefully they will get a better handle of the ground operations and communicate as well as train the employees to better suit the company and more importantly people the company likes to say the are here for. Would love to change this review!!
