Ayla's exceptional wedding planning expertise cannot be adequately expressed. Our expectations were exceeded in every aspect. From the second we decided to have Ayla join our wedding team, we knew we were going to be in excellent hands. We instantly clicked over the phone and during the conversation you could tell she was just as excited for us as we were to be speaking with her, I felt like I was just talking with one of my longtime friends.

Leading up to the wedding, the communication was second to none. If we had a question we could email, call or text her anytime. She would get back to us almost instantly with the answer to our question, a suggestion or letting us know she contacted whoever was needed to ensure we had an answer. She fights for her couples and demands answers/replies when necessary.

On the day of the wedding, Ayla showed up early to start preparing the venue for our vision and wedding. She came to my hotel room when I was getting my hair done, I couldn’t see anything behind me and kept hearing people coming in/out and was starting to get stressed out. I vividly remember asking who had walked in and she instantly came up, grabbed my hand and told me she was here, asked me how I was doing and started to get to work with moving my decor down to the venue. That speaks true to the type of person Ayla is, she is there for YOU and is invested in making your wedding day the most absolute perfect day she can. She will “hold” your hands while you wedding plan easing any stress or anxiety that may arise and celebrate you along the way.

Ayla made every single aspect and every detail of our wedding perfect, she took what we envisioned and turned it into a reality. My husband and I are SO grateful that we had someone like Ayla to plan and execute our day alongside of us and so glad that we get to call her our friend. Every single person who had the chance to meet Ayla, absolutely ADORED her.

Ayla made the wedding planning process so much fun! We hired her as a month-of coordinator, as I planned on doing most of the work myself and then would hand it off for Ayla to execute. We added one extra option to work on a venue layout together so I could better visualize the space. Ayla went above and beyond in every interaction we had. Not only did she accomplish her work on time (or ahead) which helped lower my stress levels, but she was a sounding board as I worked through details. I genuinely felt like I was chatting with a close friend to dream and scheme up my perfect wedding. When the time came to pass the work to her more fully, I did so with glee knowing that she is just as type A as I am. 😉

My level of stress would’ve been through the roof had we not had Ayla leading up to the wedding, and certainly not on our wedding day. She executed the vision and plan we worked on together PERFECTLY. There were a few things that were out of our control (the power went out, can you imagine) and yet the day went off without a hitch. I was calm enough because of her help that it didn’t even bother me, if I noticed at all. I will never forget the feeling of walking into our reception venue and seeing the space exactly how I imagined, without having to lift a finger to make it that way on my wedding day. She gave me the ability to remain present with my friends and family, and more importantly my husband. I will forever be grateful!

We hemmed and hawed over the decision to hire a wedding planner, and looking back I can’t even begin to imagine what it would’ve been like without Ayla. She was worth her weight in gold. Your wedding is a time to celebrate with those closest to you, and it should be a joyful day. Take stress out of the equation and let Ayla help you. My experience with Ayla as my wedding planner was beyond delightful and everything you could wish for as a bride. She was very on top of her communication throughout the time we worked together to plan my wedding and we all know that communication is one of the most important aspects in events like these. While it was mind-boggling and stressful trying to find vendors in the short time (two months) that we planned our wedding, Ayla already had a guide ready to share that walked us through the process with helpful tips, tricks, timelines, and vendors on top of her consistent feedback and communication. After all was said and done and our wedding day rolled around, I did not have a worry in the world after she took over. I was just focused on being the bride and enjoying my people and wedding. She knew my vision, tweaked it with her expertise, and displayed one of the most beautiful weddings a girl could only dream of!! During the wedding, she was attentive, communicative, and present at every point. She worked with the photographer and DJ to make sure my wedding went smoothly so that myself and my guests could thoroughly enjoy the evening. My family members that had traveled from afar told me afterwards that aside from their wedding, my wedding was the most fun wedding they had attended at that point. That spoke volumes to me because those family members are the life of the party!! Overall, if I could give a million stars to Ayla, I would in a heartbeat. She is the best wedding planner in the industry and strives to create not only an amazing wedding for her clients, but a bond with them that lasts past the wedding. Much love to you Ayla <3

Ayla planned my wedding in July of 2022, and I still (5 months later) can't get over how perfect it was, what a beautiful job Ayla did, and how thankful we are for her hard work and attention to detail. Ayla was completely dedicated to making my wedding vision come to life, and she delivered above and beyond my expectations. Throughout the planning process, Ayla was there for me - not only the detailed design boards, maps, and plans she sent me, but also to answer every single one of my questions, quickly and with care. If I changed my mind, Ayla handled it in stride and adjusted without even blinking. I really felt like she was there for me and my wedding. She was patient if I didn't get back to her right away or couldn't decide about something. She was kind in reminding me what I needed to be doing. She was organized with monthly checklists.

On the week leading up, she was totally prepared and organized and completely handled any and all road bumps (there really weren't many, being as how she had completely tackled everything so far in advance) without causing me any stress.

On the day of and day before, she worked from sunup to sundown (and I do mean Alaskan summer sun-up to sun-down) to prepare everything so we could enjoy ourselves and relax. She took time and care to get everything perfect. She didn't complain about a single thing, and always had a big smile on her face.

Another small detail that we both loved, was that she made sure we always had food and drinks on our wedding - I hear so many brides say they didn't get to eat, but Ayla literally was so on top of it, we didn't miss a single thing.

Seriously, hire her. We can't say enough about how much we loved working with her and how much fun and enjoyment she added to our day, by bringing her specific talents and light to our day, as well as reducing our stress and anxiety leading up to the event.

We hired Ayla to help us with the background tasks of wedding planning! She already booked a wedding for our same date, but was still able to help us with planning, resources, vendor recommendations, schedule, and the design and layout of our wedding! Ayla was always timely with her communication and I always knew she was there for us! She even made time to come out and help us with the ceremony rehearsal. And although she had another bride to take care of, she checked in on me several times throughout the day of us decorating and was available to help with any design questions!
