The most intimate personal visits with boutique wineries along with their family’s history was most intriguing! Captain Steve along with Admiral Jean and their son Tom were the best hostesses with tremendous knowledge of the area.

Captain Steve and Jean were phenomenal booking our wine tour experiences. We had friends visiting from as far away as Guam so these behind the scenes and intimate California wine tasting experiences were truly memorable for them. My only complaint is that other tour companies offer more comfortable/higher end transportation options for same price maybe less for larger groups. The van was dated and cramped. Not ideal for a larger group wine tasting all day. Other than that, we will definitely use their services again, hands down! They were awesome. Wineries amazing!

Steve and Jean made us feel like family. Captain Steve worked with my mom to help plan our honeymoon and it was truly unforgettable. The wineries Steve took us to were all one of a kind. Every place we went to surpassed all expectations. No one in my family will ever go to wine country without calling Captain Steve. Jean and Captain Steve were phenomenal! They took a large group of wine country first timers and showed us the best time!! They took the stress out of planning and researching. Steve and Jean were fabulous and made my hubbies 60th birthday one we will never forget. 3 couples, 3 days of wine tasting and lots of great memories made! We have been to Napa before and mostly did the bigger name wineries, but this was so much more fun. Small wineries with fabulous wines! You get to sit in the owners kitchen or porch and hear lots of good stories about how they got started and drink some amazing wines! We loved every place they took us and are grateful for such a great trip!

Ultimate Wine Tours made a great trip into a spectacular trip! Jean was incredibly helpful during our planning and suggested wineries that we otherwise would not have known about. These proved to be some of the most memorable of our visit. Tom was our guide for three days and in addition to his excellent care, he provided insight into the region and answered our plethora of questions. All-in-all we highly recommend Ultimate Wine Tours for their professionalism and thoughtfulness. It was truly an amazing visit to Napa!
