This place is great! I got evacuated with the fires and have been bouncing around hotel rooms.

This one is really nice and clean. Even after just daily maid service they give a “fresh remote”. Very clean place and the staff is friendly.

As an out-of-stater I've been forced to stay in Thousand Oaks several times over the past several months. Of all my stays, the Best Western Plus Thousand Oaks was by far the best experience. The first time I stayed in a nearby La Quinta, which was a horror story. After checking in I learned that the reason it looked, smelled and felt like a homeless camp was because it recently was one. The owner literally filled it with California's homeless and took tax dollars to max out his occupancy and his revenue. The place will not recover - it needs to be leveled. The second place I stayed was at a nearby Courtyard Marriott. It was half again the price of the Best Western and wasn't the disaster of La Quinta, but the breakfast was definitely inferior, as was the service. I hope to not have to return to California in the near future, but if I fail in my attempts to avoid the place, I'll stay in the Best Western Plus of TO. They had friendly, professional, (and literate, by the way) staff. They had a very good breakfast that was fully stocked by nice people. The rooms were large and from a former age, which was a positive in my opinion. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Affordable price.

Mr Herrera, the Director of banquets, was extremely helpful and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and well kept this place is. Most inns have the mildew smell when you first walk in, not this place. Everything is cleaned, well maintained, bright. Definitely come back and would recommend this place to other people.

The grounds and pool area were very clean. Hot tub was kept at a good temperature. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Parking area was close to our room. The library was a good place to sit and relax while reading. Having an adjoining restaurant of great quality was an added plus.

Positive: Great breakfast included. Amenities in room ( microwave, fridge, coffee maker, blow dryer,etc) are many and all worked. TV ((cable included ,Netflix) price was very reasonable compared to other similar hotels. Negative: No.

Clean my room. When I pay $150/night I expect clean towels. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was asked if I left a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. I seriously expect more for what I paid. If I wanted subpar service like this, there is a motel with the number 6 that costs a hell of a lot less. To make matters worse? When I asked the instant messenger service that is provided by the hotel why my room was not cleaned, I get a response saying that the front desk misunderstood and thought I did not want my room cleaned. After my departure, I get a canned response from the hotel advising that they have addressed this with their staff and blah blah blah.....like I really care about their internal workings. I did receive a paltry discount for their screw-up, but it was completely and totally unacceptable......their failures became my lodging inconvenience.

Hotel asked me to write a review......be careful what you ask for. For 2 nights, I paid $277. My room was not cleaned a single time. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the clerk asked if I had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. I have stayed at many Best Western hotels, and hands down, this was infuriating.....I expect to get what I had paid for, which was my room to be cleaned daily. I could have stayed at a motel with the number 6 in it, paid less, and had my room cleaned.

I have a very good stay here at Best Western. The girls at the front desk were professional and knowledgeable, very fast and friendly. The place is clean and safe w gates and locks everywhere. Security cameras as well. The atrium is do beautiful you will enjoy the free breakfast and the style of this beautiful location. Will stay again. Thank you all very much for your great efforts in running this place well.
Ps there is electric charging here too. See pictures.
