Sean and the rest of the Top Tier team are a pleasure to work with and not only were they professional , on time, organized and lovely to our guests....they were a LIFE SAVER during a torrential downpour during our event. They handled all of our arrivals and parking for a large fundraising gala and I can't tell you the relief it was knowing our guests would be taken care of and feel valued as they attended our event (incredibly important for an event like this). I am super super grateful for this team and will be calling them for every event I do (and I do a lot of events!) What a great business and great leadership! We used Top Tier for our wrap party for a feature film in Silverlake. I was worried about the parking situation because our venue does not have a parking lot and only does street parking. Sean made the experience seamless. He had all the answers to any questions I had and was able to coordinate the parking situation internally so it wasn't another thing I had to worry about. The entire staff was kind and helpful and they were very flexible with being able to work with our corporate requirements. Will definitely be recommending to my colleagues and will be calling him again for future parties/events.
