We were scammed for Jammin in Jamacia! Still haven’t heard about our $1,000 refund! Luckily we purchased airline tickets separately and was able to use the flight credits for another trip.

I paid MG over $3,000 for the Sol Comedy Fest in Punta Cana in March. They emailed me in January 2 days before the event to tell me they canceled the event. This was supposed to be my birthday trip. I was devastated. I am STILL trying to get my money back. They are refusing our money back. Hard Rock is suing them, so there will not be any further events at any of their hotels/casinos. And there is a group of us trying to start a class action lawsuit. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!!!

Warren Hill and Music Getaways canceled Solfest Punta Cana and Comedyfest Punta Cana 2023 less than 24 hours before the trip was to occur on 14 Jan 2023 leaving thousands of travelers in the lurch without hotel reservations or refunds. More than ten days later Warren Hill and Music Getaways is not responding to emails, phone calls and has made no effort to provide refunds. I’d give them zero stars but google won’t let me.

I will never attend anothet Music Festival. I paid this company from April to December for this trop. Warren Hill canceled the Solfest Comedy Festival without notice and thousands are out of our money, showed up to Punta Cana no airport transfers to get a ride to Hard Rock and told are rooms were never paid for. They left us stuck and had to now either pay for rooms or get an expensive last minute flight returning home. He is now no where to be found. Also the financial institutions are saying we signed up for this trip so it's not fraud. Beware he has changed the names and is still advertising for future festivals.

1 star is TOO much for them. I wish I could give them a -5 star rating. They are FRAUDS!! DO NOT pay them ANY money because they will take it and run. They just did that with the Hard Rock Punta Cana event. They didn't pay the hotel for our rooms or the venue and canceled in the middle of the night before many of us were to arrive. THEN when you dispute the charge with your bank, they give the bank some bogus excuse about a credit and how they don't owe a refund. We paid over 4k for this event and then had to pay even more once we landed for a hotel since Music Getaways never paid for our reservation. Once they canceled, they stopped communicating with the patrons through email, the phone and even turned off communication on social media but made sure to talk with the banks so we couldn't get our money back!! So if you want to give money to receive absolutely NOTHING in return, this is the music festival for you. Otherwise I would stay away from Music Getaway, Solfest and anything else with Warren Hill's name on it.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT give this Music Getaways/Warren Hill your money. They came like a thief in the night with an email after 1am canceling the Sol/Comedy Festival Punta Cana Jan 19-22. while people were preparing to leave or had already left for Punta Cana. They won’t give us a refund nor will they return phone calls, emails, wiped out accounts on their websites to name a few of this horrific experience. Give us our hard earned money back that we’ve paid for months to attend this festival. Again…Do Not do business with these people.

Almost two months after SolFest Punta Cana was unexpectedly cancelled, still no refunds issued! They are also fighting our credit card company disputes by saying they have offered a “credit” to a future event, when they don’t even have a venue because The Hard Rock Hotel has severed ties with them due to their shady business practices. My next step will be small claims.

Poor communication. Scam artist that are now filing for bankruptcy. Please avoid any events until they pay past guests every dime they stole from us. I paid for the Punta Cana event and two days before the event Music Getaways canceled. We had no rooms! Thousands of dollars gone! Plus we had to pay for rooms when we arrived.
No refunds received or responses to our requests for refunds.
