I requested a refund for the STRFKR show, which was canceled/rescheduled due to COVID in March, and I'm still waiting. I've requested through Eventbrite, called, emailed, sent a Facebook Message...still nothing. I'm sorry times are tough. I'm an Airbnb host, and my bookings have certainly been hit due to the virus. However, it's completely unethical to keep my money without providing the service that I paid you for.

Payed for 2 VIP tickets to the STRFKR concert back in September and have no received my two mailed signed posters. When we arrived at the event, it took us 15 mins to (even showed the vip tickets paid!) get our passes due to no one knowing what to do; employees kept redirecting us to people who would just redirect.

Highly unprofessional and unorganized.

I’ve heard rumors about this company and I’m afraid they are reality.

I’ve reached out three times and still no response (after three months!).

Shame on you showdown.

Please don’t support this poor excuse of a company.

They have time to post events on social media but not 2 minutes to reply to an email.

Absolute trash. I will never use them again and will inform several on social media.
