We spent two nights in cabin number 9,
This place has a lot of potential but definitely needs love and small repairs in different areas of the cabin.
The weakest part of the cabin was the Kitchen, cleanness was not good and old appliances. If you want to cook you better bring your own cook pots, pans and kitchen tools, because those things were in very bad shape.
The river access is not easy, but not impossible. It would be nice if they work in that area, would make a nicer experience especially if you travel with Little kids or older people.

We got to the cabins at 6PM, were supposed to have 2 cabins. No one in the office, and they had left one key, which didn't work in either cabins. No answer at either number that they'd posted to call, and no answer to text. After waiting about 40 minutes, we gave up and made a reservation somewhere else (Comfort Inn in Visalia). So after driving all day, had to drive 40 minutes out of our way.

Small and cozy cabins. We stayed at Cabin# 3. Liked the location a lot. The entrance to Sequoia is not too far. We rested after a long drive and then decided to enter the park the next day because inside of the park, there is a lot of driving as well. A few restaurants nearby esp the pizza factory and a Mexican restaurant besides it. A Shell gas station is nearby as well.
Also, the river creek behind the cabins gives a serene feeling. The instructions to check in and the route was texted to me one day ago. The check in process was smooth as well.
Don't expect anything fancy and don't hope for a speedy wifi because the idea is to enjoy nature. Quiet place. The cabin had a small fridge, a small microwave, a small 2 chair dining table and a private bathroom. A small coffee machine was there as well but no creamer. Loved our stay and highly recommend!

I had a good experience booking with sequoia river front. The only this I wish the cabin site didn't have so many rocks in front the the water and make it hard to get to the river. Other than that had a wonderful time. Definitely going to book again next yr.

Overall good! Michelle and our maintenance technician were very helpful. The check in office location is not as it's pinned on the Google maps, that needs to be updated.
We stayed in cabin 10, sleeps 10 ( 2 bunk beds, 2 queen beds and a futon in the living room) it could be a good idea to bring your own pillows as ones provided are flat. Bedrooms have plug in space heaters.
There's a full kitchen (some pots and utensils and dish soap) and dining table for 6, one bathroom w/soaps and wash cloths and 2 towels.
Very nice backyard w/ fire ring and 2 picnic tables and river is est 40ft away w a drop off to the river. We enjoyed a big fire in the yard.
Overall rustic but clean.

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was exactly what we needed for a couple of nights, the A/C unit kept us warm and toasty, and above all that, the service, Michelle especially, was wonderful. Don't come here expecting luxury, it isn't that. Rather, its a homey, comfy place with small town charm, run by people who go above and beyond to accommodate you. Michelle even made us a bonfire when we mentioned making one ourselves. We would definitely rent here again.

We rented the Family Cottage #6 and it was awesome. Wonderful deck looking out at the Kaweah River. Our beds were comfortable, the A/C worked great, and the cabin was clean. There were a few tiny ants or ant-size roaches in the kitchen but for a rustic cabin experience, it’s part of the ambiance. Michelle was wonderful and helpful at check in. My elderly mom and I had a wonderful time here. We will be back someday!

Simple & unappealing tiny cabins on arrival.  Booked a cabin specifically knowing there would be kitchen utensils, a mini fridge & microwave there as a minimum. How wrong I was!! Not a plate, utensil of any description for our 2 night stay. Two basic chairs outside that just held us. No space inside the cabin to lie our cases down to open so no wonder there was no chair or table inside.  If you looked beyond the basic, old cabin & looked further to the running creek it made me feel better.
Poor communication and the address we had was incorrect and the note on the door provided a phone number to call.
All in all location excellent but service and lack of attention to detail a big problem.
