My large extended family rented a Twain Harte cabin last July. Check-in was very fast and we were met with great service. The cabin was exactly as promised and very clean and nicely furnished. We needed extra linens and they were brought quickly for us. It was a great experience and we would definitely use Twain Harte Rentals again.

Twain Harte properties that we've stayed in have not been well managed. No heat, long delays for rectifying problems, dirty properties. I would never rent a property from them again and employee any house owners to not use them. They don't seem to care about your property.

Twain Harte Rentals is excellent as an expert rental source in the area. Sue has responded to clients of mine on weekends and in a pinch- she cares about her clients and homeowners! Definitely recommend Twain Harte Rental services!

RENTER BEWARE!

Rented a cabin for a family getaway and it was filthy - I’m talking bugs crawling over the bed after peeling the blanket back.

Buyer beware as this company does not hold their cabin owners accountable. You’ll have to deal with whatever you find upon arrival until they can get their “cleaning service” out to you.

They’ll also have the audacity to try to claim issues with the cabin were YOUR fault instead of ever actually checking the cabins between visits for quality. Take your business to other merchants like AirBNB because they protect the consumer better.

I should’ve checked recent reviews as I see I’m not the only one with this experience across a few different review sites. Perhaps their service is going downhill and fast.
