Danielle and Hannah are truly the best!! When I was interviewing potential planners they had an energy about them that the others didn't. As an out of state bride it was important to me to hire someone locally that could help attend to things in my absence since I often was on Google meetings for the planning process. Even with the geographic differences the process was seamless. The space transformation at Mission Ranch that occurred because of Hannah and Danielle was INSANE and I couldn't have done it without them. On wedding day I had no stress aside from pregame jitters because of Danielle and Hannah!

As someone who lives out of state in Las Vegas, I was initially concerned about the distance, but Danielle made every effort to keep me involved, from virtual check-ins to FaceTiming me during on-site meetings. Her thoughtful communication ensured that I never felt disconnected from the process, no matter the miles between us.

On the wedding day itself, we were able to relax and truly enjoy the moment, knowing Danielle had everything impeccably organized. The entire day unfolded effortlessly, with every detail executed to perfection, all thanks to her meticulous planning.

We frequently talk about how incredible our experience was with the Joyfully Gathered team during the planning process and on our wedding day. Right from the start, Hannah and Danielle felt like friends! We had total confidence that they were going to make our wedding day just how we wanted it. They even put their own creativity into the details while maintaining our vision. We never felt overly stressed or worried about the wedding day since we knew JG was on top of it. They helped us stay on track throughout and even helped us be in the moment on wedding day since we are both "Type A" individuals. They clearly laid out what we needed to get done and when. We are so happy we went with the full coordination package, especially when living all the way in Boston, because JG helped us pick our amazing vendors!
