Our family had such a good time with this cruise! The captain and first mate Chris were fantastic and very knowledgeable. I have lived here my whole life but the rest of my family is from Missouri.
The website said guarantee to see dolphins and they were right! We saw somewhere between 20-30 including some babies. The captain was great at finding the pods and getting us to an area where he could gain some speed and let them play in the wake! It was an amazing experience! Chris gave a sea life presentation and let the kids hold white shrimp, rock shrimp, bull minnows, and a blue crab! He gave lots of very interesting information about the sea life on the local Alabama Gulf coast. Then to end the cruise there was an all out water fight to cool off!
I would recommend this crew to anyone who asks!
The Fun Boats indeed!

My family has vacationed in Gulf Shores for the past 3 years and have made The Fun Boats a tradition as a must see experience. These people really know how to create a fun experience. We have gone the last 2 years on our daughter’s birthday and they have made her experience so enjoyable and remember our family each time we visit. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who asks me what to do in this area. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would!

We did this 7 years ago and loved it just as much! Affordable. Great hospitality from the crew! They know how to make sure you not only see Dolphins but experience them! Fun (optional) water fight the kids loved! Sea life education as well. Deck mates Morgan and Olivia were also amazing and great with the kids! A must do while in Gulf Shores.

We are in town on vacation from Kentucky and found this place last minute and it was awesome great cruise seen plenty of dolphins and the staff was amazing!!! And there was a water fight that the kids really enjoyed keep up the great work guys. Would 100% recommend.

10/10! Our family had the best time with The Fun Boats! We saw dolphins immediately. Everyone had a chance to see them, learn about the area and participate in a water fight with their sister boat. The crew was fantastic and we had hands-on opportunities with crabs and other sea creatures.

Had a wonderful trip on the Fun Boats! Went with my spouse and our 2 girls. We were quickly seeing dolphins within minutes of leaving the dock! The deck hands were great tour guides (the Brady’s). One of the best parts were when the twin boats lined up side by side and did a speed run where the dolphins played in the wake between the 2 boats. Along with the plentiful dolphin sightings, we even spotted a stingray! Highly recommend a ride in the Fun Boats. Our girls loved when the boats backed up to each other and they had a water gun fight between the two. Getting wet is optional, so if you prefer to stay dry you can certainly do so. The trip definitely lives up to their name!

These guys are so fun! They interact with the kids, give you information about dolphins and other sea creatures, tell you about the history of places around you and close to the end you get to have a water fight with the other boat. Hands down the best time we have had this whole vacation! Keep up the good works guys, can’t wait till next time!!

Amazing time!!! The boat was lovely and the crew was great. They had nice life vests for kids <8. We saw plenty of dolphins and lots of other marine life, also. There was a small inside cabin (which was great for a fussy baby), a small snack bar, and two bathrooms. Our kids LOVED the water fight (do prepare to be SOAKED if you participate, but it’s easy to skip out if you’d like). The crew were so knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. Morgan and Olivia the deck hands were great. This was a highlight of the trip!
