Very poor service today, the representative threatened me, paid more than I should have. Every time I go there prices are different every time. I usually pay online because of this store, and I couldn't pay for my son's phone bill.

Adam was the customer service rep whom helped me. He very professional yet very nice & polite. There are no Prices on the receipt you receive, and you have to constantly be aware of how you will be take advantage of in terms of random fees and charges. Make sure to look at your receipt, aside from not having actual prices, it may also include things you didn't purchase and didn't receive. Don't fall for the "free" phone case, or headphones, and ask about the "activation cost". There's a reason they'll often give you a "discount" on something that you might not even have to be charges.
