Terrible experience with shower. The diverted control (tub to shower head) was jammed with water mineral residues. We could not control flow to shower head. Tub drain stopper loose in the tub. The smoke detector kept beeping on low battery warning, no ice on the second floor. Staff was oblivious. Do not recommend staying there, we won’t for sure.

Excellent place to stay. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent service at front desk, in the breakfast room, and cleaning staff. Good options for breakfast. The fresh chocolate chip cookies in the afternoon were great. One of the best overnight stays we have had on this road trip!

Great location off the I-5, clean comfortable rooms, comfortable bed, close to dining and shopping options.
Staff are friendly & helpful, the hotel is quiet, great hot tub & pool. Plenty of parking for all sizes of vehicles.

I made our reservations by calling the front desk. Julie was wonderful. I didn’t have my membership number and she took the time to look it up for me. Upon arrival we met her. She is efficient, patient and helpful with a beautiful smile. We stayed 2 separate nights. Both nights there were freshly baked cookies for us to enjoy. |The first night we were on the 3rd floor. It was a nice sized room, well appointed and clean. It was a lovely room. They thought of everything we might need. It was very quiet. The second night’s stay was different. We were in room 205. It was across from the ice machine and a storage room. It was noisy both early morning and evening. The television did not work and twice we had someone try to fix it. While they were quick to respond and we all thought it was fixed but ultimately it was not. We gave up and went without tv.|The breakfast staff were wonderful. The gentleman worked diligently, with a happy attitude keeping the food well stocked and everything clean.|Overall we were happy with the hotel I just would not recommend room 205

The hotel has very clean rooms and comfortable beds. This was one of my best nights sleep in a hotel recently. The rooms appear to have been updated, but the TVs are older. Only Dish is available and sometimes has a choppy signal. The WiFi signal was spotty and weak throughout my room and left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was one of the highlights and there was a large variety of high quality options.

The goods - room size, cleanliness, services all around, breakfast, location right off the highway.

The bad - do not stay in room 206, it is right next to the ice machine and electrical room that has a loud humming noise throughout the night. We had to change room. There is zero acoustic insulation. We were so tired from the drive and could’ve slept through anything but not this. Finally transferred to across the hall in the middle of the night.

Also booked through third party on google search and saved $100 from their official site. ‍♀️

I booked the room 3 hrs before arrival, The price was reasonable and the access from the freeway was close by. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was perfect for what i needed. Overall its always a good place to stay at

I was particularly impressed with the breakfast that was provided. The gentleman that handled the breakfast was the best. He had the area more than well prepared and was right on top of anything that he could do to make your meal an excellent experience. This location has an exceptional associate working the breakfast part of the hotel.
