Great, nice, clean place to stay if you're traveling through Alamosa . The room was super clean and spacious. The bathroom was super clean. They have a laundry room on the first floor. They have a fitness center, a pool, and a hot tub. They have a small convenient shop for snacks. Front desk staff or super friendly and nice. Only complaint would be they do have thin walls. Would stay here again.

Greta was amazing at the front desk and a true asset to Marriott. We arrived two hours early with our little girl, with no realistic expectation of being able to check in early on a holiday weekend. Especially given that this hotel had been sold out the night before. She went out of her way to coordinate with the cleaning staff to explore the art of the possible. We were able to check in 10-15 minutes later. All of the staff we encountered were courteous, and the hotel was well kept in excellent condition. Great experience, thank you Greta

We go to a lot of Fairfield Inns. The facility was fairly typical. The selection for breakfast wasn't quite as good as most others in the chain. The only other item of note was that the bathtub was slippery to get into. Otherwise, it was your typical Fairfield. It served our needs well for a couple of nights so we could see the nearby national park.

Positive: The room was clean and it was quiet even though the hotel was relatively crowded, comfortable bed and bedding Negative: The breakfast was below average for this class of hotel, room had a strong smell of cleaning chemicals the first day but was better after we requested housekeeping on the second day

We stayed here on 7/29/24 in room 209. The lobby and outside areas look nice. There is plenty of free parking. Our check in and out were well done.|The hotel is about 45 to 50 minutes from Great Sand Dunes NP.|There are plenty of restaurants within a 5 to 10 min. drive.||The room was good sized, mostly quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable. The internet was fine.|The pillows are full sized, there was a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom was good sized and had good counter space.Water pressure was good.||The downsides to the room were:|no luggage rack. There is a bench which holds one suitcase but no where but the floor to put a second|the tub/shower floor was very slippery, it needs a bathmat||Breakfast was OK, typical of a Fairfeild but most of the hot items were out when we got there at 7:10am. The area was clean||We would stay here again.

This was a short, 1 night stay booked the same day for a visit to the GSD NP.
Staff was super efficient and friendly upon arrival.
The room was clean and spacious. It almost seemed new but some hints of wear, showed it may have been a refurbishment.
The AC/Heat worked well.
My only issue is the poor sound proofing. I could hear other TVs, alarm clocks and for whatever reason, the nocturnel guests above us walking back and forth at 2:30AM.
The hotel is not to blame for people that are up all night, but i would get a room on floor 3, if you can.

Appears to be an older hotel that Marriott took over. Room seemed clean at first, but then we found some bits of dog food scattered across the floor. Then there was the loud foot stomping that continued back and forth above our room all night. Needless to say, the floors are thin, so be sure to ask for a top floor room. Finally, breakfast. It was good, but limited. They kept running out of things, including coffee. If staying in Alamosa again, we'll probably try a different hotel.
