On 6/24/22 I attended a funeral for Arnold Gonzales at Alamosa Memorial Cemetary. The San Luis Valley Regional Honor Guard did the presentation of arms and honored their military brother. They did the presentation and last call with precision and true respect to Uncle Arnold and the family. They were a class act and should be proud of their commitment to honoring the duty done by our fabulous military service men and women. The honor guard should realize the appreciation of theitr dedicated commitment of the families that experience their presentations. We appreciate the sacrifice they make to be able to take the time to do the job they have so unselfishly do for the veterans and the families of them.
