I came to ask for help, which I was going to pay because I didn't want anything for free, to charge the truck's batteries and they told me they couldn't, that they only install new batteries, these idiots don't care about making money, God bless America.

I called because I needed to return something that I had bought while I was on a road trip and the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant very patient with me very sweet very nice I don't remember her name. And when I drove all the way out there the kid was also very helpful who did my return. The employees I dealt with were professional polite. Too bad that not everyone is like that in their workplace I think the world would be a much happier place. ?

Lots of parking here but the washrooms are really too small for the size of the stop. The guy in the stall beside me had ti call the location to send someone in with toilet paper. The shop is tiny but very busy. Parking by 6pm with the 200 spots are full.

Very Busy truck stop, parking always full but have too much space to park on the side. Restrooms not kept clean, they should get Restrooms watched evey 1 hour or so.
Also long wait for the shower

I mostly of the time I have to used this showers. Theiy ok. But today showers was horrible stinky poop. Still okay. But I get out and walking out see the janitor cleaning the toilet with towel provided . Not clear which ones bath or mat towel.On the top of the cherry I got coffee refill
Did don't give a credit if you not carry your loves Card. Have to wait till my husband answer his phone. They should do with the phone number instead .I ender up paying my coffee.
Bottom line. Drivers deserve fresh and clean showers and clean smelling towels.

*Store Manager Victor needs to be retrained on how to take care the customers.

Worst place to get done anything. Lazy kids who don’t want to work and move around like turtles.
Took me 8.5 hours just for oil change and there were only one truck ahead of me.
