Our group of 20 had a wonderful time staying here. The house is truly spectacular - if anything the photos don't do it justice! It is perfect for large groups: spacious and comfortable bedrooms, great living space, a well-equipped kitchen (including two dishwashers which was critical for cooking for a large group!) and multiple dining areas. The amenities (speakers, hot tub, fireplaces, deck) were great. The house is an easy, ~10 minute walk to Main Street (there's a walking path that cuts almost straight down from the house). Most importantly, Ken was a wonderful host - he was responsive, gracious and accommodating throughout all our interactions. I would absolutely stay here (or at any of Ken's other properties) again!

This house is amazing. Ken, the most incredible host, has thought of absolutely everything to make you feel like you are home. It is extremely clean, it has a wonderful floor plan for multiple families, and the game rooms are so fun that you won’t want to leave. It is located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood that is walking distance to Main Street. There is a huge, luxurious kitchen that is fully stocked with any kind of appliance, pots and pans, etc that you will ever need. Ken’s shuttle service totally made our trip. He is so accommodating and makes getting around town (and to/from the slopes) so comfortable and easy. This is truly the greatest house in Breckenridge. We will be back for sure!

We had a family outing over the summer. We rented the home for over a month. The home was amazing, comfortable, spacious etc.

But, the best part about the experience was Ken’s willingness to go above and beyond. It was concierge service in combination with great accommodations.

We were so impressed that we asked to extend our stay. Unfortunately (and expectedly) another group was coming. Ken offered another home that he owns higher up the mountain. We stayed there for another three weeks with an equally fantastic experience.

Our group was our family of 20+ of which many came & went over the course of a week in late July to early August 2017. Ken's home was perfect for our group as there was more than enough room for family things but also plenty of room that one could find some privacy when you wanted to get away from them as well :). The home has all the amenities that you need & if you do find that you need something, Ken is only a phone call or text away to accommodate you with whatever it may be including "locals" advice for where to go or what to see. He is a fantastic host that will do whatever he can to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Our family would highly recommend Ken & his beautiful home & are confident that you won't be disappointed.

This home was fantastic! Great amenities, great space, beautiful and very well outfitted throughout. We had sixteen adults plus young children and this home worked perfectly for such a large group. We can’t say enough about Ken our host. From the moment we started inquiring about our potential stay thru our entire time in Breck, he was extremely attentive, thoughtful and gracious. We would definitely stay here again in the future or at any of Ken's other properties. Having our family be able to stay all in one awesome place made this trip that much more memorable and special!

This house was perfect for the ski trip we took with our friends. It has everything you need with lots of extras. We ate out most of the time but the kitchen has anything you need to cook a big meal. Lots of living room spaces with fireplaces everywhere. There are two game rooms and a golf simulator which was fun to play with. Waking distance to main if the weather is nice... if you are skiing I would highly recommend the package with the limo service. We used it every day for skiing, dinners, and airport transfers. This is an owner operated business and the attention to detail and service shows. We will definitely make up an excuse to come back.

The house is spacious, luxurious, and well equipped. It's in a great location near town, with views - but still feels nestled in the forest. The host was fantastic and also provided transportation in a beautiful sprinter van to the ski lifts and to our dinners in town. The house included awesome entertainment options including TVs and speakers throughout, and game rooms with pool, air hockey, arcade games, darts and more. An amazing stay all around - we'll be back.

If you’re looking for a place in Breckenridge quit looking. This house is in a great location only about a mile from town. The only problem we had was that the kids liked the house so much we were worried about getting them to go to ski. Two different days we had some from our group walk to and from town for exercise. The house is decked out. I’m still not sure how many it’ll sleep. The two bunk beds are double bunk beds with I think 3 single beds like window seats under the windows. We never even pulled down the queen size Murphy beds in the pool room. It has a game room downstairs that made it where none of us wanted to go into town and wait for a table. The owner Ken Bell is a great host. Ken also has a shuttle service that made the whole trip very easy. It turned the house into ski in ski out. There’s a free sledding hill nearby and Ken has more sleds than you need. Our only problem we were all, kids included, too tired to go sledding after skiing all day. The yard right across the street was used for some great snowball fights. To show you how straight up Ken is, he gave us a price for the shuttle and because we didn’t use it as much as we thought he reduced the price. Like he said, he can get you halfway to Breckenridge before you can get loaded in a rental car and as you know you don’t want to try to park in Breckenridge. We’re trying to plan another trip out there but we’ll need an army to fill that house. I’d give 10 stars if I could.
