Leaving this review to publicly thank Leland & his team for such exceptional service. He is so kind, caring, and patient. He took care of my friends & I. Some background info: We almost missed our reservation because one of the people in our group had a medical emergency. However Leland literally waited for us even if we were running late. None of us had experience snowmobiling before but he explained things so well and he was super fun and patient with us. Even if it was a short ride he still made it a very enjoyable one. Customer service is Unmatched.

This was so fun. The guide was very good giving instructions. You need to bring your own gloves but everything else was provided, suit, boots and helmet, but I did see folks in their ski gear too. The ski doo has heated handles which were really nice. The trails through the woods were so cool. There were some flat spots where we were allowed to get up to high speeds.

We had such an amazing experience touring with this company last week. No one in our group had been on a snowmobile before, but the team made us feel confident, comfortable, and safe. We had a blast and I think we were smiling the entire day. Dustin was an excellent guide for our larger group and he kept things super fun and safe. Lastly, the photographers were sooooo good. Well worth the extra $ for copies of their photos. We would come back again for sure.

We took the performance tour, good transitional training from basic riding instructions to actual practice before hitting the trails. The trail views were amazing. They sent an individual guide with each group, our family of 4 had the mountain to ourselves. Stops for views and pics, hot chocolate. Had a blast would recommend! Thanks Coach!

Went snowmobiling yesterday with a group of friends. The tour was great. After the tour , we closed out our credit cards on hold & received our receipts. The gentleman showed us our paperwork along with a yellow slip recommending gratuity starting at 15% for an extra 90$ . We politely declined and gave back our paperwork with the thought of getting cash out of the car BUT once the employee noticed we were choosing not to leave a tip he got LOUD , & stated “So you all don’t want to leave a tip ? This is how our employees get paid . “ ALOUD as if he were trying to make a scene to make us feel uncomfortable or bad for not doing so ? Tipping is an option & is recommended. Very unprofessional to put someone on the spot like that especially not knowing an individual’s situation. And personally , I would sit down & address my employer about where all the money is going being that one session is 200$ PER PERSON & I’m only making money off tips? Either way i wouldn’t be addressing the customer about anything & all of this resulted in no tip.

My fiance, daughter and I did the performance tour. Our instructor was awesome, the staff were super chill and the over all experience is once in a lifetime. Great terrain, awesome fun and the top of the Continental divide is incredible. Highly recommend! Perfect thing to do with our 19yo son. Reasonably priced compared to others. Also beautiful piece of property for the ride.
