My wife and I were fortunate enough to work with Chelsea for our wedding in August 2024 at Spring Creeks Ranch in Carbondale, CO. She is the ULTIMATE wedding planner!! Chelsea provided multiple price tiers to fit our budget and went above and beyond answering our questions and coordinating with all different vendors to make sure our wedding weekend went smoothly. She joined us for our venue walkthrough a month before which made everything SO much less stressful and helped to assuage all of our concerns. She of course was with us on our wedding weekend and seamlessly coordinated the flow and timing of everything amongst all of the craziness! She was a true professional but provided a very real, down to earth service that made us feel like she wanted our wedding weekend to be just as special as we wanted it to be. She has a fantastic network of vendors she has worked with and lovely staff to help her every step of the way. Could not recommend Chelsea more highly!!

I had no idea what I didn't know or what I needed help/guidance on and can't imagine having tried to plan our wedding without her. She knew our venue, Vista View Events at Open Hearts Ranch, so well and worked with the venue's owner, to ensure our day was as magical as we had always dreamed. Every wedding I do with Chelsea is completely stunning and goes so smooth! So can switch a ceremony from outside to inside on a wedding day in a snap and have it look breathtaking! Her team is so kind and fun and her and the team really do care about each and every one of her couples and do their best to make them feel so special on their big day. We had Chelsea Cholas as our wedding planner day of and she was absolutely INCREDIBLE! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner! Our wedding planner that we had originally hired ended up ghosting us and our venue set us up with Chelsea. She was willing to take us on last minute and give us a huge discount, sacrificing her own profits, and ended up truly being the best wedding planner we could have had! She was so on top of everything, very organized, made everything look amazing and always there to help with whatever was needed! For example, our hairstylist bailed on us and did not show or let us know day of, and Chelsea made sure she found us a hairstylist last minute so that we could still get the same hair styles we dreamed that we would have. The whole day ran so smoothly and couldn’t have been better because of her!
