Where to begin? Hiring Patricia may be one of the best decisions we’ve made as there is no way we could have pulled off our wedding without her. She was very organized and helped us so much throughout our planning process, especially the few weeks leading up to the wedding. Patricia was always available to answer our questions and we knew we could count on her even for an honest opinion.

During the rehearsal, Patricia was so professional and on point with giving clear instructions to our wedding party. We knew we were in good hands and truly felt that Patricia had our backs and cared about us. On our wedding day, she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best day. She was always checking in with us and ran any timeline updates by us. She was also great at being the main point of contact for all our vendors and made sure any problems that came up were brought to her instead of us.

We are so beyond grateful to have had Patricia on our special day and cannot imagine it without her. She was exactly what we needed to have the best day ever. If you want to enjoy your wedding day without any worries, we’d highly recommend hiring Patricia!

My husband and I got married last month at The Rose Event Center. Patricia and All Four Seasons Events helped us make our wedding day run so smoothly. Any questions we had throughout the process she responded almost immediately which gave us a lot of peace of mind. She also gave us a lot of helpful vendor suggestions, and suggestions for timeline details that we were unsure about. The day of our wedding she coordinated all of our vendor arrival times and set up times so that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. My husband and I had the best time at our wedding. We hired Patricia as our coordinator for the day and I CANNOT recommend her enough. She is the most organized and on top of it person I have ever met and that is exactly what you want for your wedding coordinator! If something went wrong with my wedding, I wouldn't know it. I didn't have a care in the world on my wedding day and I truly believe it was all thanks to Patricia. She is truly a seasoned professional, and not to mention an amazing, friendly, funny person!!!!

Our wedding was in August 2024 and we held our ceremony at Red Rocks and our reception at The Rose. Even before we signed our contract at The Rose, Patricia had great communication, was a wealth of knowledge, made us feel comfortable, and answered all of our questions. Based on the day we selected for our reception, we had a different day of coordinator at The Rose (Emily, who is just as wonderful!), but we were so impressed with Patricia that we asked if she would be our day of coordinator via All Four Seasons Events for our ceremony. At the rehearsal walkthrough Patricia was organized and thorough making the day of the wedding absolutely seamless. She is professional, efficient, and kind. She can also read a room! She brought energy, calmness, and solutions when it was needed. We can't recommend Patricia and her company, All Four Seasons Events, enough!

We knew we wanted to hire Patricia after the first meeting we ever had with her. She came off as a good listener, detail-oriented, organized, and flexible; then she continued to be all of those things from start to finish. She was easily the best communicator among all of our vendors and gave us guidance throughout our 2-year engagement. We had a lot of moving parts - multiple venues, multiple shuttles, multiple rental companies, and extra entertainment - as well as some last-minute adjustments, and she handled it all with ease. A number of guests complimented us during the reception about how well the whole event was coordinated. The highest of recommendations from us!
