Working with Victoria and Cera for our wedding was the Best choice we made! ? From my first phone conversation with Victoria I knew she was the one I wanted to be by my side that day, she listened, she cared, she was super helpful and creative! I loved the ideas she had and she also helped mine come to life! Our wedding was full of weather and she did everything to make sure the day still went smooth and perfect! We hired Victoria Grace as our day-of wedding coordinator. She video called with us several times before the wedding and showed us around her warehouse of rentals when we were coming through town. Victoria made sure that the wedding fit our vibe and was super positive throughout the entire experience. On the day of our wedding she, along with her assistant, made sure that we had the wedding of our dreams. She took all of my visions and made them happen so i could go and enjoy the rest of the wedding day. Victoria helped clean throughout the night so by the time the evening was over, almost everything was packed up and ready to go. She also had such a calm vibe throughout the day that even if something were to have gone wrong, we wouldnt have even known about it.

I can not express how essential Victoria was to our successful wedding! It was the best day ever!

Victoria and Vana were amazing to have present on my wedding day! Victoria went above and beyond for months leading up to the wedding, helping me get a timeline, decor, vendors and more lined up.

By the time it was my wedding day, I felt 100% comfortable handing everything over to her and Vana. And they did everything perfectly! I was not present for set-up, but when I arrived to walk down the aisle, the ceremony and reception areas looked even better than I had envisioned. They did a great job at keeping our timeline on schedule, setting up, taking down decorations, and making sure everyone else helping out stayed on track.

After over a year of wedding planning, it felt so nice to spend my actual wedding day having fun and engaging with my guests instead of worrying about so many little details falling into place. They literally had every detail figured out and my husband and I got to really enjoy the day. I can't imagine having my wedding go any other way.

It was SO worth it to not have to stress out about everything on my wedding day. Weddings are very expensive. While my husband and I found some corners to cut in order to save money, having a day-of coordinator was definitely a necessity. Using Love Letter Events was money well spent!
