We cannot say enough wonderful things about Hannah! She was so helpful leading up to the wedding, and provided an awesome tool to organize planning, checklists, and timelines. I was not a bride who had a vision or Pinterest board, and I needed a lot of guidance when making decisions - Hannah was so helpful in answering my (many) questions and in offering recommendations and advice.

Our wedding day was actually a bit chaotic and probably very stressful for Hannah. But she didn’t show it! We had a huge storm the day of which caused a ton of planning and replanning. Then the storm cleared at the last minute, and Hannah was super flexible in re-organizing all our seating, florals, table decor last minute so that we could still have the outdoor wedding that we dreamed of. Also, in order to get the florist that we wanted during peak season, we had to pick up our florals and set them up ourselves. Not only did Hannah do the entire ceremony floral and table set up for us, she moved it all multiple times with the weather. We cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to make sure our day went how we pictured ?

Also, I just have to mention that she is the sweetest soul. We enjoyed spending time with her and absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for their coordinator!

Hannah is incredibly talented in her ability to make sure that your special day unfolds seamlessly. She has all of the details planned out perfectly and even knew ahead of time
which items were staying with the venue, which items where trash, and which items were traveling home and who they needed to leave with. She had everything organized packed and ready by the end of the night for an easy getaway. My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I was able to enjoy every second without one thought of if my reception was going to come together in time or look like I wanted it to, etc. I knew it was in amazing hands. And Hannah did not disappoint.

But most of all, Hannah is a friend. She cares deeply about her clients and it is so evident! She really spends time getting to know you and your vision. She took over the communication with my vendors and did an excellent job advocating for me and my vision. I have been in so many weddings over the years and have had many experiences with wedding coordinators and truthfully a bad taste in my mouth about them..that is until I met Hannah. No one does it quite like her. I am forever grateful for Hannah for making the my Colorado mountain destination wedding of my dreams come true! And I can’t wait to watch her business grow and thrive.
